Korogocho,kintengela,mathare,kibera are still among 66 areas of Nairobi slum.
How can kenya even think of Smart city when virtually the whole of central Nairobi is unplanned with limited sources of water for the city.
Just BRT looks like rocket science, not even talking of advanced public systems,traffic and disaster management and yet you want to claim smart city.
All the small cities like orange island, diamond island,grace field Phoenix etc all have the needed infrastructure for a smart city.

Think of anything, Lagos is already making or as already made waves long ago.

Well, every body can testify the fact that , Electricity has profoundly improved, i now enjoy constant electricity in my area, Abuja-kaduna roads is been reconstructed to a 6 lane high ways, same goes Lagos Ibadan,Calabar new high way is under construction, and other federal roads and highways are also under constructions, Five new "International" is been built, people now prioritize agriculture(we now grow our own meal), security has greatly improved(in previous affected areas) ,SGR Rails (Lagos ibadan,warri-Itakpe,Kaduna- Abuja.....).
So stop saying what you have no idea about please!
