Engineers in the house I need your help. I have a used Tecno M631, with specifications as thus: 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 32GB internal storage which is as it is in the 'About phone' section of the phone but noticed when I connected it to my laptop it shows 5gb internal storage with about 3.5gb already used by the system(I have no memory card inside), and this makes the phone lag seriously. It hangs annoyingly and when connected to the Internet(data or wifi) it lags even more. What could be the problem and how can I get it resolved? Please help.

Bro no tecno phone with that name; that means your phone is fake as simple as that.
