HELP PLEASE! I applied for the USA Visiting visa using my Dad's Company as he was sponsoring my trip and my company was not ready to provide a reference letter and however, my visa was denied. Now that I am about to submit my Canada Application for Permanent residency visa, I want to disclose my current company. my Question is, will it be known to Canada that I have used another company(Dad's company) for my USA application as I read it online that they both (USA & Canada) shared Database for Visa purpose. Kindly help me as job responsibility is totally different from both applications. In addition, is there any impact of Visa rejections on Canada permanent residence application |

galibat: With your Masters, age and work experience, you don't even need to stress your spouse. Without his ECA and without him writing IELTS, your CRS is at 442 - more than sufficient to get you an ITA. You can only use 25% of your pension as POF. Having POF from different sources is not a problem. Just get gift deeds from all of them. If your university is not proactive in getting WES verifications done, and you're not sure of getting a contact to help with verification, you might want to consider using other ECA bodies. Neither ICES nor CES require verifications and members of this thread have successfully used them to get their ECAs done within 3 months. Godspeed 7 Likes |

raheemkeji:Yes, they will have access to your entire US application and all the information you filled therein. Just come clean and tell the truth. Declare your real company. No, there is no impact of visa rejections on your Canadian PR application. 3 Likes |

Ifeoma77:I will suggest her spouse writes ielts or evaluates his degree to increase their score and be on a safe side.... By the time she's ready to enter the pool, nobody knows whether 442 will still be a good score.. Last draw was able to get to 438 because it was back to back. ... Cc: galibat 3 Likes |

Influential101:It's up to her laslas, but with 442, ITA is assured. Even if the cutoff is high the first time, all you have to do is wait for the next one and it will definitely drop. That 75k can solve a lot of other needs. 12 Likes |

They actually can get information on your application. But don't stress yourself as you only need to truthfully and accurately answer fill your Canada EE form, including the refusal. raheemkeji: |

Happy Sunday everyone, I recently applied for a remark with British Council and someone advised on this platform that one should send a mail to info@cambridgeassessment.org.uk and copy BC Nigeria. I sent the follow-up mail but I received a reply from the former that they have nothing to do with remark. Please is there another way I can follow up on the remark? Thanks Fam |

Good day all Please for evaluation of ones credentials, which should be sent for evaluation, transcript or certificate. Since I have my certificate from university. Secondly, my date of birth on my transcript is different from that on my passport. Bearing in mind that for the evaluation of credential, the data page of ones passport is needed, can I go ahead with the evaluation? |

Hello everyone, please I need help. I want to try for this express entry thing, I have written ielts yesterday and I am waiting for my result but I don't have any valid work experience in my field, I only have NYSC, does anybody know how possible it is to use that as work experience? I would have found a way to get work experience but I have been travelling a lot in and out of african countries and my passports have been stamped, what can I do please? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 6 by Ifeoma77(f): 1:47pm On Feb 10, 2019 |
sollie123:I am using 31 here, just in case ECA delays you till after your birthday. Your family's CRS without stressing wifey with ECA or IELTS = 432 CRS with wife doing ECA alone (bachelor's degree), no IELTS = 440 CRS with your wife writing IELTS alone, no ECA and scoring 6 in all modules = 444 CRS with wife doing both ECA (Bachelor's) and IELTS (6 across the board) = 452 My Opinion: 1. If you or wifey has a sibling in Canada that you can claim points from, then she should not bother with ECA or IELTS. 2. If there's no sibling in the equation, she should write IELTS alone and not bother about ECA. I'm pretty sure she will score better than 6 each in LRWS and 444+ is a very good score to fetch ITA. Besides, 75k (68k with MOD) is cheaper than the cost of ECA fee + school transcript request + courier fees. Also two weeks wait for IELTS result (or 3 days with CBT) is shorter than months for ECA. 13 Likes 2 Shares |
