A group, Igbo Reawakening Forum (IRF) on Sunday said President Buhari remained the only leader that has the capacity to halt Nigeria’s drift into disintegration.

The group said Buhari’s emergence in 2015 was an act of God to end the balkanization of the country and to serve as a brigde between the nation’s spiritual fathers and the masses.

In a communuque issued after its joint meeting of the Board of Trustees and National Executive Committee in Awka, and signed by both chairmen, Chief Nkwo Nnabuchi and Uchenna Ufearoh respectively, the body affairmed its belief and commitment to a united Nigeria state.

The body said its decision to endorse Buhari/Osinbajo joint ticket was informed by the confidence it has on their candidacy to address the myraid of challenges facing the nation.

The group regretted the refusal of the Igbos to learn from history despite all they had suffered since independence.

It asked the people of the zone to vote massively for Buhari at the Saturday poll to change the narratives.

The group said, “The present Igbo leaders have not cared to examine thoroughly the mistakes of Michael Okpara in 1964, General Ironsi in 1966 and Odumegwu Ojukwu in 1967.

“Regrettably, Igbos have not learnt any lesson from the tragedies they faced in the 60s. They are still deep in the political naiveity that destroyed Igbo civilization.”

Only fools cursed from their mothers womb will vote for Foolhari again in 2019. I campaigned for the dullardino and voted for the useless goat. I am ready to correct my wrongs by campaigning against the herdsman. Dont reinforce failure ....You cannot package a bad product, Buhari is a bad product, so all those BMC agents should stop in trying to impose Buhari on Igbo's rather they should channel their efforts toward ammending his battered images which i doubt they will succeed.

an Igbo man is independent by nature, and will always do that thing they believe in without external interference. Buhari has shown to have a total dislike for the Igbo's from his first regime till now, Buhari has the opportunity to ammend this in this tenure but goofed. He has always shown indifference to the plight of what the masses are going through, had Buhari performed Igbo's will vote him massively.

The new agenda imposed on those working at the BMC headquarter, is on how to get Igbo's to vote for Buhari, it is irritating how BMC members would be opening thread upon thread in other to appease Igbo's in voting for a failure. APC government failed to realize that you can win election wtih propaganda but cannot govern or achieve effective leadership with it. This can be attested with the number of Igbo related thread opened by BMC members since yesterday in other to pursuade the Igbo's to change their mind or reconsider in voting the failure called Buhari. I remember telling someone on a thread here, most especially after their fallout with Tinubu that the agenda was to use Yoruba in 2015, then 2019 their attention would be shifted to the Igbo's with imaginary promises or what they have done for ndi Igbo. One thing this people failed to understand is that we don't believe in mediocrity.

Why should the great Igbo nation vote for your papa of monkeys and baboons (PMB) because they are afraid of marginalization in a democracy?

Have your empty coconut illiterate skull ever seen where a 'Vote me or I,'ll marginalize you campaign' promise is made in civilized democracy? grin

Anyway I don't expect a bushman like you to know anything about democracy. Just know it that you can't use the threat of violence to get an Igbo man to do your bidding. It is the easiest way to get him to do the exact opposite. He'll tell you to go to hell and let heavens fall. Man no be him God.

This PVC is voting against your dullard my dear zombie. grin

I think this is a joke.... the one person whom has destroyed Nigerian unity is whom they claim has the capacity to halt disintegration..

Funny lots..

We will not vote Buhari because he has failed the country. He was given the chance to prove what he has to offer but he failed woefully.

He's not only a vindictive bigot, he is also a monumental failure economically.

After the 2015 election, many of us expected Buhari to prove our suspicions wrong by uniting the country and delivering good governance so that we might have a reason to support him, but he failed woefully.
