It has been alleged that Senator Abu Ibrahim from Katsina State (APC) is flying to Doha Qatar to receive and bring in funds for the last days campaign of the APC and for vote buying during the elections. The Senator is alleged to have traveled in a private jet to Doha Qatar & is expected back soon Sources pleading anonymity have alerted security agencies to search the plane on his return. You would recall that the presidential candidate of the PDP Alhaji Atiku Abubakar was searched on his return to Lagos after his trip to Dubai after a similar allegation of money laundering was leveled against him. It is expected that the security outfits and the custom carry out similar searches on Senator Abu Ibrahim and his private jet on his return to Nigeria in a few days time if indeed we are fighting corruption in Nigeria.
