GENRE:Drama, War

The realism in this movie was next to none, the acting,visuals,& display of violence, blood, and gore were top notch. It was simply an amazing and compelling insight to the WW2 (from the Americans POV though). IMO, it is the best WW movie ever made. Gamers of the Call of duty & medal of honour franchise would appreciate this movie the more, cause it kinda gives you that gaming feeling.

I found some parts funny, some not so much. I thought the acting could be a bit better too. She's not a bad Actress; I think I was just expecting a bit more outta this. I feel like such a tough critic.

Lol.. it's a 9 for me, my 10/10 is Black hulk down .Reason being, it has ever element a good war movie ought to have & secondly it was based on real life events, unlike SPR that was mere fiction.

Both actually. I enjoyed it, to be precise, the final fight. It was cheesy, funny and quippy, it's like watching an 80/90s actioner.

A soldier is suppose to fight with his head and not his heart.

So as an American soldier, you went to a war in France and you lost your head because of a woman?
