You completely missed/ignored the points of the posts you quoted.Both monickers criticised the quality of aquaman not the quantity it made at the box office.They made great points.Dismissing/mocking their posts doesnt mean their criticisms are irrelevant/unfounded.Great box office returns dont necessarily mean a movie is of high quality e.g.Michael bay transformers movies,fast and furious franchise,the new Jurassic world movies and the DCEU franchise

Shitty CGI aside, what captured my imagination the most was Aquaman himself...or rather, his unbelievably sexy body. Messed with my mind big time. Seriously, such hotness is sinful.

Those rock hard abs, the shoulders that just go on and on and on, the chest that looks like I can grind millet on it...

The black dude never lost his cool because of a woman, he did so because of what he saw down the Nazi building & their fellow colleague who turned into the army of the undead. He couldn't imagine the same fate for the little kid, hence his rebellion.

And about a soldier fighting with his head & not his heart, that's only applicable if the individual is a heartless a-hole. Some conditions & situations requires you stand firm & say "sorry cap i ain't doing this sh.it"(highest, one will get is a court-martial, which is better than living with the guilt for the rest of one's life)

Go see SAVING PRIVATE RYAN & watch how they were disobeying their captain orders left, right & centre. They almost all died in that movie because Ryan disobeyed the captain & secretary of wars orders to come back home,for the better good.

Personally I did not enjoy this movie myself though the beginning held so much promises only to fickle out at the end.

I deleted immediately I was done watching which brings me to the reason for this comment of mine.



Discussing and listening to discussions about movies with fellas here has made me realise that reviewing a movie is a very subjective thing.
You review according to what you like, what you have seen and what tickle your fancy so I have learnt to respect whatever review I see here without raising any objection
