What do mean by ICES courier? Well, it is better to use courier to send ur credentials, because it gives the opportunity to track it's movement, especially given the inefficiency of Nigerian institutions. Courier service is also faster than regular mail

You can't do that, the foundation programme is part and parcel of your Bsc. Wes will not even evaluate your Bsc without the transcript of the foundation programme. You can only claim two or more certificates if the foundation program is a standalone course like OND or NCE. Cheers

A friend did a one year diploma, then used the diploma to gain admission to second year in OOU.
When she did her evaluation (only BSc), WES requested for the first year results.
She sent them the diploma results and they evaluated both as two or more certificates.

I may be wrong, but I don't think the combination or the actual scores on the result matters, she can use the WAEC or NECO result alone for Wes verification, that's if you guys don't mind the process. I hear other verification agencies have started taking much longer than Wes. So if you can sort out either WAEC or NECO verification quickly, you can use Wes

Thanks for the response. While filling the ICES online form it requires to choose a delivery method: Regular Mail (No fee) or Courier
($26 within Canada, $75 outside Canada). Please note I am currently in the US (and for the rest of the process)

Yes it does...If you want to save cost, then WES is your best bet

You just confirmed what I said earlier that WES will not evaluate his Bsc without the diploma. As whether he'll get two or more certificates evaluation, that's another issue. What I posted was based on people's experience, here's some screenshots. I maybe wrong though but the person can try his luck
