i work and get admission for students base on negotiations with them cus i know all fingers are not equal .i work with the student budget and if it's not ok for me to deal with then i give advise for you on what to do or you get another agent..am 100% certain of what i do....i submit applications to many schools i can tell you their application fees are different which can either lesser or fixed the asking price of the whole admission process...so when contacting any agent for admission be certain that you are ready and serious with it and negotiate through and also make sure you are dealing with genuine agent ..

i did that when i got to china, changed my school before my 30 days visa elapse because the school tuition i originally got admission to is so dare and can't afford it at that time so i quickly change...so you can do that when you get to china before your visa elapse or before you make payment to the school just be sure you have right connections to make it work.

EMS is cool man, if you still have nothing less than a month to the deadline you can even use nipost registered mail. I sent mine with N5600 last week.

Oh!! DHL seems to be your surest. EMS can as well deliver in two weeks, however, to be on a safer side go for DHL. That is strictly my opinion.
