THE MIST(2007)..7/10
GENRE:Horror, Sci-Fi

First off, don't see this movie expecting an entertaining or gory slasher because the movie was basically about how peoples' personality can change in extreme circumstance. It was truly a masterful monster movie that puts the ensemble of cast in an untenable situation of which escape is nothing but a fantasy.

What a fuc.ked up ending, patience is truly a virtue ,it a solid 7 for me coz of the ending.

COLLATERAL.. 7/10
GENRE:Crime, Drama, Thriller

For the first time, i get to see a movie were Tom Cruise plays the role of the bad guy. The actors(Tom Cruise, Jamie Foxx, & Jada Pinkett Smith) were excellent. The plot on the other hand wasn't that good as it was cramed with enough plot holes & there was no real flow nor any subtlety to the movie. It also seemed predictable, & to be honest, I wasn't thrilled(maybe cause am probably used to psychological & not action thrillers). All in, it was above average for me.

THE RIDICULOUS 6 (2015)...7/10
GENRE: comedy, western

This was one of Sandler movies I really enjoyed. It wasn't a great piece of art, yeah some scenes were kinda silly & It was not as consistently funny as "A Million Ways to Die in the West" but it sure did have it's funny moments.

It had a good storyline that played out well till the very end of the movie, everything from slapstick humor, ridiculous humor were quite funny. All in, it was enjoyable with quotable parts.

CLICK...6/10
GENRE: Comedy, Drama, Family

Click was more than just comedy, it was good, had a fantastic concept, good acting and a very strong message "FAMILY COMES FIRST.". It was truly a powerful, emotional, and humorous (not that humorous though) piece of work. A big thumbs up to Adam Sandler.

I remember this movie.

The scene where Foxx had to impersonate Cruise to retrieve the hit list he threw away was epic.

Nigga put Cruise in debt grin

And that scene where they visited Foxx mother at the hospital grin grin

What has actors being white got to do with the rating
I don't understand....pls explain.

BP was predictable too but it had a better story.

Aquaman was more entertaining, the action and visuals plus the sea creatures and world building was top notch.
Is this even up for debate.
Compare the third acts in both films and see the big difference.
The rooftop chase and the trench part is more entertaining than any action sequences in BP.

Why didn't water quench the flare when they were invading the trenchs inside the sea?

Re-seeing "Stronger" (2017) for the umpteenth time and is still a solid 8/10. Fully convinced that Jake Gyllenhaal can take up any role. He's such a skilled actor.

Bro, they spoke English throughout The Guilty naw.

Maybe what you meant is that, its a Danish that directed it.

One of the very few plot holes in the movie.

The glowing flare, the slow motion, the thunder and lightning was used to form one of the most beautiful scenes in that movie.

It's a plot hole and the flare is supposed to quench.

But the beauty of that scene outweighs whatever plot hole it created.

It's 100% worth it.

I have watched that scene many times and I loved it.

I kept thinking that since Mira is a water bender like Kitana in Avater, maybe she bended the water to create a loop as they were going down. But then again i think the flare can't glow in the loop.

Like an air bubble to sustain the flare..?

It's possible but I don't think she did that.

The part I saw clearly was when they landed on the sea floor and lit another flare, in that part there was no air bubble covering the flare.

James Wan knew that having a flare underwater was not possible but I think he deliberately left it like that to create a visually stunning sequence and it worked.

Here is the concept art they used to create that sequence.

Some artistic impressions cannot be brought to life on big screen that easy.

I think James Wan felt that the concept art was too beautiful to be ignored...

The most funniest part was when he found his way out of the hospital to apologies to his family, he stretch out his hand to shake the dude with his wife, only to show his middle finger..
You should see the longest yard. Its with it too

Worth it a 100 times over...I have been fascinated with the moon landing story that's what piqued my interest in the movie..Ryan gosling nailed the role of Niel Armstrong. The movie was historically correct bar some few details, the movie was not fast paced so might not appeal to many and lastly the score blended so well with the movie especially the moon Landing scene...Just Heavenly.
