Hi Jasmine17.

Please can you advise on how you handled your application. I am available to PM if preferred. My spouse basically abandoned me and the kids and relocated to the US. I want to apply for Express Entry for myself and two kids. Did you use the divorce route or judicial seperation? Please help. Thanks

Yes, you can do that. That ADR should be seen as 'Is that your final answer?'. I changed my answers 3 times - the final answer being the ADR. I'd recommend you submit today.

. I eventually didn't withdraw authorisation. Already submit too. Thanks a bunch

How long after submission did they get back to you please?

ECA : May 2017 for me, July 2018 for spouse

IELTS: May 2017 for me, August 2018 for spouse (on the 6th attempt)

ITA : Aug 22
AOR: September 27
MEP: Oct 26
Update for baby: Nov 8
PPR: February 12 dated 11
No ADR
VO: Ottawa

I was in the pool for one year with a CRS score of 432...... August 2nd.
Long story short I waited and waited and waited.....till my profile expired August 2 2018....

I didn’t have enough to be the PA, my husband did but getting his ECA done and acing IELTS was a mountain....

My husband had done his MBA at Lautech, but getting his transcript to WES was war as a result of the long strike action of the university.
The university was on strike literally all through 2017!

Eventually sometime at the beginning of 2018, they resumed and it took us another 6 months to finish WES evaluation thanks to those who stepped in for us.
Finally ECA was completed in July 2018.

So now, he has his MBA, fantastic! But there is the Ielts hurdle to jump....
Reason is within 2017 to 2018, he had already written ielts 5 times and has given up on it... he would get an overall score of 8 with writing being 6.5 in all 5 instances.

He told me at that point that he is no longer interested but when the ECA finally came through in July, we both had our hope renewed

So on that fateful day in July 2018, I started begging him to take it one last time

He grudgingly accepted, I prayed so much that it was really the last IELTS....

The earliest date available was in 2 days with MOD.. Again, he refused to study that he had been studying for past ones and failing it .... at the point I could only hope for the best..
Long story short...... he got max score for LSRW! On the 6th attempt! What! I was screaming and jumping around
CRS 479!

Fast forward to August 22nd ! ITA

A special thanks to @DonTee07 for answering my questions... may God perfect yours

Better Late than never.

Finally it's PPR guys cheesy cheesy!!

1ST IELTS (MOD)-LRSW-6.5,7.5,7.5,6.5
2ND IELTS (BC)-LRSW-8,7.5,7.5,7
ITA- August 8th
AOR- August 30th
MEP/BIL-September 23rd
ADR (IMM 5406)-February 5th
PPR-February 12th
VO: Ottawa
Days from AOR to PPR: 165 days
Passport submitted at VFS: February 13th

Single Applicant
Zero Travel history

Application remained in IP2 from AOR

POF: Treasury Bill certificate, and 10 percent from IBTC Pensions. Submitted only TB Certificate, Bank Reference letter, Pension Reference and Pension statement. No SOA nor LOE.

NOCs:Got Reference Letters for two different NOCs from 3 different companies I worked with copies of payslips, appointment letters, confirmation letters and disengagement letters were uploaded.

@ first, I never believed this Canadian express entry was real. I even Laughed at my friends cos they were always glued to the systems at work reading things I thought never made sense (to me duo), until 3 of my colleagues Immigrated to Cannyland using this same express entry under the provincial nomination program.

After I made the decision to immigrate, I asked for directions. I was given materials and sites to prep for IELTS and then was directed to this forum. Started following this forum from part 2 ( page zero as usual - that way i got to read more testimony and was gingered) and also the IELTS forum too.

@NewMum Thank you for all the assistance both directly and indirectly (being a silent member)

@every member on this forum Thank you all for the questions, the answers and the reminder of the blessings that comes with our page Zero. God bless us all and help us to reach our desired destinations. Amen

Hello house, I’m in a pickle right now. I got ITA Dec 19th and my 60 days would expire on Monday. I have all my documents except one PCC that I have not been able to get and I don’t think I would get it before Monday. The only reasonable option in my opinion now is to decline the invitation, go back to the pool and get the next ITA as CRS is 453. But I don’t know why my head is telling me to submit and raise a Csr in 2 weeks and add the PCC as it’s should be ready by then. What do you guys think?

AOR Dec 29th.

Hello, so we passed medical yesterday and I was hoping to get the biometrics request on the same day because I think that is how it's done normally (I might be wrong). But I'm yet to get anything, all I've gotten is a ghost update which I think is weird but I might also be wrong about that. Please I would like to know how long after MEP do they normally request for biometrics.
