Now @ 97k. ...but we are marching forward to the N1.40 to N1.60 bulevard.

Btw, N1.04 is actually the maximum price it can achieve today.

Corporate Action:

Transcorp Hotels Plc has released its audited results for the 2018 financial year. Revenue increased from N13.8 billion in 2017 to N17.4 billion in 2018. Profit before tax increased from N3.6 billion in 2017 to N5 billion in 2018. Profit after tax also rose from N2.6 billion in 2017 to N3.7 billion in 2018.

The firm has declared a dividend of N0.15, per share. Qualification date is the 27th of February 2019. The shareholders register will be closed from the 28th of February 019 to the 1st of March 2019.

The company will be holding its Annual General Meeting on March 15, 2019.

. With this information, when is the right time to sell? Will it be before 27th or before 28th? An advise will be highly appreciated.

Mr FIDELITY is now at a TECHNICALLY great spot.
I think its finally made the long awaited GOLDEN CROSS !!
It's a strong hold for me.
...the N3 boulevard isn't impossible.
Folks will remember the part in bold of my post above.(a revert to @ chibuking81) ...so watch out for the other tier 2 banks(FCMB, WEMA and STERLING), and a few in the 1st tier space.(particularly UBA and ZENITH )
But then again, due diligence should still remain ur 1st priority.

We believe that Mr FIDELITY @ the current mkt price of N2.60 is still 'a great gift'.
Technically, the stock did not make a GOLDEN CROSS for nothing !!
I recall I highlighted this(refer to the post above) when the stock was selling for just below N2.20.
We were divinely fortunate to KEY in @ the N1.79 avenue.(BEP)
...That coy is 'a superman' in the tier 2 banking space, worthy of a place in anyone's portfolio.
If it ever drops lower, do whatever u can to ACCUMULATE more !!

Same applies to FCMB !!
Those who know and understand know what they need to continue to do.

I have since said that Mr FCMB is currently selling @ what's at best a ridiculously CHEAP price when compared to its peers in the tier 2 banking space !!
The stock is clearly playing out these 2 NUGGETs;
