what type of lead do you import? for example...I have one where they asked me of price and I told them but never heard of from them again then I have one that we already finalized the price via email but they are yet to buy the domain.

Before you take lead from any site make sure it is at least 2018 updated. some sites have been abandon just like many deads with fb profile.

This is the step, login to your undeveloped account, click on Navigation button,then click on sales activity. After it has load, click on "Add New Lead" check the picture attached, you will fill the domain name, the buyer contacts and the price, there is two options to choose;
1) Lead(negotiating) - This means you import end user that ask for a price and agreement isn't reach yet.

2) Transaction(Agreement Reached) - This is exactly as your case, I.e you and buyer has agreed on a price.

Lastly, the sweetness of importing leads is that if you eventually sell the domain through this way, undeveloped will charge you only 5%.

Thank you for your response but I have one more question, from your explanations, what will be the essence of importing these leads to undeveloped? for (1) where an agreement has been reached but the enduser is yet to buy the name, will undeveloped contact them or something?

2...Where an end user asks for the price and you import the lead, will undeveloped carry on with the negotiation on my behalf until it is closed or I will be the one using the platform to negotiate?

I think the bolded is wrong. It is a legitimate business. There are no Magas in this business.
Also, "I don't want to steal pant to buy Benz" sounds like you've given some thought to it before. Forgive me if I'm wrong.
We go make am without cutting corners.
