He said he went to see a witch doctor, whom he was directed to by a friend,

and told the witch doctor that he wants money.

and he was asked to drop the sum of 5k for "spiritual check up"
and by spiritual check up he means they'll find out about your background to see if there's any curse (mostly family curse)laid against you or any person trying to stop good things from coming your way, if found they will cleanse it, if not they'll proceeded to the next step.

Next step;
they will ask you to get a hand full of sand from A BANK, A FUEL STATION AND A booming business place like SHOP RITE and put them in different places (bottle or nylon) and bring to him/her (witch doctor)

the witch doctor will then do his thing and then mix the sands , put and tie it in a white handkerchief (which the customer will produce) then the customer will be asked to bring a bag and four notes of 100USD bill, when provided the handkerchief will be put into the bag and the witch doctor will bless the bills and give you to put on the four corner walls of your room (the bag with the handkerchief will also be in the same room) then you go sleep, the money will appear overnight and will fill up the bag.

then you will give the witch doctor any sum of money you want to give him/her from the jazz money. they are other stories I've also heard which are similar to dis but that one na for another day.
