I live in Owerri Imo state......Igbos here are mainly known as business men about 10% wont come back to vote but I see Atiku winning 55 -Buhari 45 though Rochas might play his cards

Elections in Lagos is usually close because of the presence of non-indigenes......distance between 5k -10k votes in favour of pdp in Ojo and Amuwo-Odofin LGAs.......the rest has like 20k difference at maximum. The only LGA likely to give block votes is Alimosho,APC is strongest there....

The difference there is even more because there is a laissez-faire attitude of APC to campaign in Ojo this time....For the first time,Tinubu didn't come,Sanwo-Olu didn't come....so the margin might be bigger.....because that place now is a dump site.....

I'm in kwara state. I'll give apc 65% from the research i do whenever I'm out from okada riders, taxi drivers and market women. I always try to initiate a conversation to see what they are saying in their union and the person they will likely vote for. Infact the okada riders were discussing that the 17 ball specimen ballot boxes found in kano was in ilorin and it was a way for saraki to rig the election. They were thanking God the election was postponed

I wish all nairaland political analysts can carry out such indepth analysis.

Truly you know Abia State very well. From what you said you seem to be very much on ground. Most people in Abia State especially Abia North senatorial zone which is like the headquarters of opposition in the state now will vote Buhari including the umuahia axis of Abia central senatorial district while the Ngwa axis will go to PDP/Ikpeazu. Now in Abia south, the PDP will win comfortably in all the LGAS except two ie Aba North & South.

The next question will be why are these LGAS rooting for Buhari and not Atiku?

They want to vote Buhari so that he will provide them with Fedral power to defeat Ikpeazu.

The word on the street is that Ikpeazu has not performed esp with regard to payment of salaries so they want him out by all means. Hence the argument is that if you want Ikpeazu to go then vote for Buhari. According to them if Buhari wins the probability of Ikpeazu loosing will be very high however if Atiku wins the chances of Ikpeazu winning will be very high. This the sermon that both Ogah and Alex Otti supporters are preaching.


Finally the arrest of the INEC woman with over 10,000 uncollected PVC together with the arrest of an aide to the Governor by the police on Friday who was caught with results sheet favouring the PDP in the last Saturday postponed election is also helping there narrative. In almost all the newspaper stand I visited today they were thanking Buhari cos if not for the new commissioner of police he brought the PDP would have had their way. So they are now encouraging people to vote for PMB to help them stop Ikpeazu and pdp rigging machine in Abia.

That is the situation on ground.
