How would you answer a client or respond to these mails in the following scenarios?

#Scenario 1 - Your sales letter says the domain name you are trying to sell has a monthly search of about 27million. Client responds to say he could only see about 16k monthly searches when he did his findings and He wants you to give him a proof that the monthly search is really 27million

#Scenario 2 - You list a domain for sale at 300USD, you get an offer of 100$, then you send counter offer of 200usd. The buyer in his church mind send you 110USD as opposed to his earlier 100USD offer. What do you do? Take the offer, send another counter or wait for other buyers to show face.

I buy names from those guys but when I see a really good name, I go to dynadot and namecheap to reg them. If they can manage to bring their charge down, that'll be great otherwise, they're still helpful.

RIP OFF is actually a subjective term..the ppl who buy the domain we outbound to dem see it as rip off, but we dont..
when some1 tries to make money off of us, we see it as rip off but that person doesn't see it that way.

this is the crude definition of business that some myopic-minded ppl dont ever understand. Anything that doesn't go their way is bad.
