That Kenyan slum dweller is already confessing.

How can they teach you almost every basic thing about Nigeria, if Nigeria isn't important.

So he is saying, they teach them the whole states of the whole African countries.

About all our cities

About our politics.

They will even list out all the businesses on the NSE,without using Google.

They can't do without Nigeria, they are always afraid of how Nigeria will suddenly become great.

Believe me,an average Ghanaian will give you 90% first hand information about Nigeria.

They only rant, their leaders dare not behave like them

Apart from Nairobi, I don't see any city in Kenya as developed as Ibadan and Kano thought Onitsha and Abeokuta are also developing.

We have 4 - 5 developed cities. Unlike only one found in Kenya. grin

that he took props up his abilities even without his suit!
Justnotyou:

Justice league didn't do justice to the characters, it was rushed with over 50 minutes worthy scenes missing & the director's poor decisions for the film just ruined the built up dark theme DC had going for it, if you want better marvel fight scenes I recommend the winter soldier , civil war was made with the purpose of competing with BvS & here marvel clearly wins due to their stronger third act, but did you watch the warehouse action scene in batman vs superman, how was it? If you want movies that actually represent superheroes in this reality I recommend man of steel, the dark Knight trilogy though I like how marvel has better & more visible scenes, their characters are still more artificial in comparison, take a look at Thor in ragnarok he lost his friends, family, home yet he was just making jokes all the while, nothing was serious to him.

First of all, U TME is not a test of knowledge buy a criteria to reduce university intake due to limited space a nd inadequate funding. The UTME can easilly be passed by any one now. it is just 120 cut off point for any institution while some famous university still peg their cut of mark to 180, some federal poly still maintain 150 .so the idea of not passing UTME isn't the main point here.
the bolded is incorrect. UTME is actually a requirement for entering higher institution in naija, if u don't have knowledge, how can u pass? Secondly, its not about reducing university intake but to spread students across every higher institutions. A jambite has the right to choose 6 schools (two universities, two polytechnic(or technical college) and two college of education(or IEIs))each institution has its cut-off mark. If a student can't pass the university mark, he can proceed to polytechnic or the other institutions. Here's the problem..almost every nigerian student wants to go to d university n once such student doesn't pass the university mark, he/she may choose not to go to d other institutions n may not want to waste another year at home, so they opt for any of ur mushroom universities. grin

As a former recruiter myself, i have fair understanding of what make Nigeria student end up in Ghana.
space availability is one, international brand is another and lastly security and easy of admission process are all what makes majourity of them end up choosing Ghana. It if were to be UTME only, some school offer pre degree and remedial programs, they can easily do that and pass the minimum cut of point of 120 just to get their matric number and up in these famous uni
i've explained the major reason u see nigerians in ur universities (not even the top universities). I dont understand what u mean by international brand cos I know nigerian universities are ranked than Ghanaian ones but I agree that easy admission is a genuine reason since u dont write any admission exams to get into Ghanaian universities, all u need is waec.

If u see any nigerian in any of ur mushroom (not top) universities, just know they can't pass d mandatory admission exam and doesn't want to go to d polytechnic or other higher institutions but UNIVERSITY.

but if u see any nigerian in ur top universities, those reasons might not be their case.

NairobiWalker:

It's true my friend, I tell you.

When I ws in 3rd year, I bagged the most gorgeous girl from first-year courtesy of the gold rush. Chick was an angel I tell you. Brown skin, tall - similar to Sarah Hassan . I become an instant sensation. Guys ranked me. I would take her to my room and cook for her and the next time we go to her room. Nailed her till I spoofed my great-grandchildren. grin grin grin Then some bitches started looking at us strange. Soon she was chanuad - at UoN beauties of that standard don't waste themselves on campus boys. Her naivity left her and soon she was rolling with the mighty and famous. By the time I was in 5th year, bitch was driving a 3-series. Some Kiambu Mafia sponyo bagged her. No regrets though, the 2 months I screwed her were some of my best in campus. That was the sole reason we came to KU - KU babes didn't have as much access to sponyos like UoN babes.

that's exactly d point we've been making here. The nigerians that go to that school are those that can't pass the mandatory UTME exam in Nigeria (an exam u take before proceeding to uni), i doubt if any african country does that.

I also doubt if that "university college" is ranked. grin

Exactly what we have been telling him!

Ghana is a dumping ground for those kind of people...

If not for the fear of UTME why will Nigeria students abandon some private universities like CU, Babcock, ABUAD, Bowen,Igbinedion,Landmark, Al-Hikam,Pan Atlantic university, Nigeria Turkish Nile,AUN,etc to attend those mushroom private universities in Ghana whose certificates are of little value in Nigeria, coupled with the fact that they are also expensive..
Nigerians that want to acquire real foreign degrees will go to South Africa,UK,US,Germany,Ukraine, China and India...

But these Ghanaians don't know that..its a thing of pride to them that Nigerians are trooping into their country to study..

Let Ghana introduce something like UTME and we will see how many Nigerians will troop there ..

1. His argument was Nigeria being better than Kenya for having its capital as the economic hub.

2. Kenya also have other developed cities and in way better shape than your Ogbomoshos, Ibadans, Onitshas, Abeokutas and Kanos.

Remove Nairobi from Kenya and you are left with Mombasa whose only major contribution is being a port city, and a bunches of towns with little economy importance and the vast north where thousands are suffering from hunger and malnutrition because of drought... your northern region is largely underdeveloped.. its been proven here countless town..

Remove Lagos from Nigeria and you still got Abuja,Ogun(state), Ibadan,Port Harcourt, Onitsha, Warri,Kano,Kaduna,Anambra, Uyo etc..

First of all, the new cut of point of UTME is to give prominent to o- level result above UTME score.

The motive behind the 120 is basically for ranking not for admission. the decision to reduce the cut off mark is to rank candidates based on their O'Level result. Therefore, whoever scores 120 in JAMB and has five credit in O' Level stands a chance to be admitted into a university. The ranking became necessary because there is no space for the candidates in the public universities. it is logical way the goverment thinks it will solve the problem of over-subscriptions in a university, where 6000 candidates are expected to be admitted but 99000 seek admission into the institution.

Nbody can be admitted into Nigeria university "unless he is qualified. What qualifies an individual is the O level, not the UTME" Therefore the UTME score is not a test of knowledge but a ranking system.

Any international university is a brand on your cv when seeking for admission or job so far the certificate is not obtained at home. Nigeria UniversIty are not ranked than her GHANIAN counterpart. UTME as an agency is not compelling institution to peg with 120 mark as that figures itself is not a standard but a ranking process. what the government want to get across is filling up the spacious institution due to non availability of space in the public uni.

candidates who have O'Level requirement for admission but scored less than 200 in UTME were in the past denied university admission. While candidates, who scored 200 and above without five credits required for admission into any University in the country admission because they score 200 plus.

The cut-off mark from 200 to 120 is that the 50 percent benchmark has been disrupting admission quota system in higher institutions across the country for the past 10 years as some departments/schools admit students year in year out while some others do not have enough candidates to populate the departments/schools

UTME is whatever u call it, but I know it's a mandatory exam a student must pass before entering any higher institution in naija.
Not neccasry, they are other exams student can also do without UTME. one is science laboratory course of Ekiiti state uni and the other exams called IJMB. even some UniversIty offer pre-degree/remedia program making UTME a ceremonial writting.

i've never seen where legon ranked ahead of university of ibadan on any respectable ranker's table. Even with our ongoing strike actions against d govt.
Then you may need to go check the numerous ranking table. The most popular UK one ""times higher education has always peg legon ahead of any Nigeria uni since 2015/2016 it was recently taken over in 2017 and last year. legon in other ranking body like Qs and reuter still put legon ahead of any Nigeria uni.

UTME is criteria for admission into university in naija unless u're talking about mushroom universities like the ones nigerians attend in Ghana.
UTME is not a criteria but a ranking system. the only criteria is your o level results.

You are yet to prove they are mushroom anyway. i consider that as an opinion.
