Damn Buhari or Atiku. Both of them are not going to move nigeria up from the poverty center of the universe. Nigerians shoukd choose one of the youger guys like Moghalu, Sowore or Durotoye and others with fresh ideas. Reciculating all these old and worthless degenerates will only make Nigeria poorer. Only fools do the same thing getting the same result and keep repeating it. Time for young blood to lead Nigeria out of perpetual third world country.

Grammatically, both are correct depending on the context. "Nigeria decides" refers to the totality Nigerian people considered as a singular nation or unit. Nigerianso decide considers individual decisions of Nigerian people.
