A rebuilding job with young players is better for someone like Lampard rather than a big name manager who will demand the club allow players like Hazard and Willian run down their contracts just so he can have a chance at success for one year. Those young players we have now all look up to Lampard.

Lampard was not a ringleader of player power. The only manager he ever had problem with was AVB.

Mourinho first stint, Terry fellout with him, but no player in particular gunned for him. It was fallout with Roman and Frank Arnesen that ended that reign.
