I stay very close to the area "Water junction" where the incident happened. She was going out late in the night to drop refuse on the road side ( the road divider where waste management workers pick it up) when a commercial car without headlight hit her.

Other cars moving didn't take note and they continued to trample on her until she was ripped into pieces.
