Bullshyt. In the presentday Nigeria we need to vote like the igbos for self preservation. An Atiku win would result in the marginalization of the Yoruba people. I am a Yoruba nationalist with a pragmatic approach to politics. Our sophistication is bullshyt and ends up shortchanging us in instances like this one.
Inasmuch as I don’t want Atiku to win, you have to accept the fact that Yorubas who voted against Buhari are doing so because of the hunger in yorubaland. They don’t care about your fantom political power so take your nonsense out of here let’s see the results

Genesis21:
Calling Yoruba names is not the solution. They voted according to their conscience. Why so much in pain because they didn't vote your man. 2023 is around the corner again, be prepared

Which conscience? So Ibos have no conscience? No wonder they called Yoruba sophisticated moroons. Liberalism and foolishness of the Yorubas are what the Ibo man called sophisticated moroons. Ibo will vote 98% for the party that gave them all the oil money at $118 and $140 per barrel without saving a kobo. They spent Obj foreign reserve of about $25 billion and still borrowed money heavily. Now, they want to come back again through their son.

So Ibo voting pattern is based on conscience but if Yoruba vote 98% or 95% for APC it is sentiment or tribalism . Is that not sophisticated moroons thinking?

And it is this kind of arrogance that makes the east politically irrelevant in Nigeria.

They can't build bridges. All they know is insults and curses. Making enemies everywhere. Atiku will rue the day he decided to partner with the Igbos.

As in. Two of my neighbors today voted for Atiku. One said Buhari wants to turn Christains to Muslims. The other said Atiku will make money flow. I mean I didn't even want to argue with those old men. It's strange because we just see several Yoruba shouting Atiku and Obi. The same people who'd happily marganalize them and shyt on us. Maybe we need better sensitisation especially the christians

doesnt matter bro, its good that yoruba people arent like igbos

thats why most of the country prefer to stay in the south west over the south east, no tribe should be so closed minded, save for the igbo but no one cares about 5%

you are so wrong.. the reason most people can't stay in the SW is because they can't stand competition, not because of anything.. the igbos are business savvy and highly competitive which is evident in all thier doings. even in the SW And north, thier business prowess are evident... with the IPOB issues, how many non idigenes have you heard killed? but look at the North. thank God for what happened in okota and surulere today, you can see how the yorubas percieve the igbos... the igbos are Neva the issue..

The same Aketi that has woefully failed to deliver his state? After this election do you think Aketi will have any more political value for Buhari. And it was Buhari who fought for him.

The Yorubas are more educated and enlightened.
It's not easy to have a highly monolithic political views in the Southwest, besides transferred aggression against APC due to the maladministrations of our
Governors caused protest votes in favour of the PDP.

Many people in Osun State HATE Aregbesola and the APC

MYHUBBY:

Yoruba play too much of liberal politics a lots. the IBO here were telling them to get Nigeria working again, yet they were convincing themselves not to abandoned their son obi

if Hausa play Yoruba type of politics, Buhari would have loose this election. PDP humiliated and grounded development in west and Nigeria as a whole. Buhari just came in going to 4yrs he had done wonders

Yoruba need to sit tight and stop this liberal politics. Tinubu is still nursing is liberal politics in Lagos till date with those nyanmiri frustrating political stand of Lagos state
