When he burnt those ballot boxes, he took away their constitutional right to choose who their leader would be for a 4 year period of their lives.

When you play stupid games you win stupid prices. He did, and got paid.

Took which stupid constitutional rights? The votes would have been cancelled. Abi aye n se eleyi ni? He touched no one but burnt ballot boxes yet you keep weeping untop your mother? Aye n se e. Ode

Oo loro so. I was one of the people who supports shooting heavily armed ballot snatchers. Better still, those who run away with the boxes to collate false results at the collating center neeed to be checked which can easily done by reporting such case thereby making the votes void. However if all he did was to burn ballot boxes because of his disgruntlement, then I don't see why he should be maimed. The votes should have been cancelled and be rescheduled.

What was worse was Ibo gloating over it to insult Yorubas in the thread but here you are shinning teeth like an eediot to spew nonsense. Oo ri pe omo ale ni e?

Anyone could have shown disgruntlement. Here at my polling unit, I saw people selling and buying votes and I was so angry. I could have easily gone there to show my disgruntlement and scatter the vote. Would such action make me harmful to people around the place? No. Besides, the most annoying was the way your fellow Ibos were gloating over it in the thread but here was tevinsolt speaking rubbish.

you didn't give a direct answer to my question. from the way you speak and the narration you made it seem you're trying to say they should let him be since he his only showing his "disgruntlement".
I don't think your case was the same with his own from the look of things.
Again I am not an Igbo, and I condemn every tribalistic statement/act claimed by the Igbo on this thread, I take it they are just some riftrafts and lowlife finding attention, the real/sensible Igbos would not say such.
BTW I don't think you should support any one who plan to disrupt elections while not supporting jungle justice and electoral manipulations.

His dissatisfaction doesn't have to be similar to mine as long as he's not armed to harm people. I heard someone said on twitter that it wasn't about Buhari nor Atiku but over senatorial and house of representatives seats. He could have wanted only the Yoruba in the senatorial and house of representatives seats. Maybe that was his dissatisfaction. You can't blame him for that.

As long he's no armed, I don't see why he should be maimed. Vote should have been cancelled and rescheduled with tight security to control them the next time.

abeg park well with that nonsense. Nigeria has way too many mentally keep-backs roaming, the sooner we rid ourselves of them the better off we are going to be. There is one less election disrupter. I wish they would handed him to the police, but hey man, I'm sorry he died but also not sorry.

See this goat. Just say your thieving PDP ass is pained. Ode who revere money over his tribe that's if you're Yoruba or one of those half Yoruba with Igbo mother. Let me hear your take on the gloating of the Ibos to spite your acclaimed tribe? Oloriburuku.

For the umpteenth time you have remained silent on what should be done to the man in particular, I don't know if it is because he is from your tribe or ethnic or because you suspect he was killed by another tribe. Do we take your silence to mean you support disruption of electoral activities??

Your last paragraph is the major reason why people disrupt elections, so as to reset the timeline to make better plans. The man in question was very wrong and his act could be considered treason. He should have been handled by security men instead of been maimed by voters since like you said he wasn't armed which we don't know.

The part you're defending his action by saying he was not satisfied is totally unreasonable because if everyone act by their dissatisfaction, then no vote will be peaceful.

Anyway I am appealing to you to disregard every mongers and tribalistic bigots online looking for ways to stare up unnecessarily tribalistic war. It is actually not needed.

Good. If only Nigerians Knew what was good for them. This guy (Omoyele Sowore) would have been the best man for the Job.

But on a second thought. Stockholm's syndrome is real. The fear of the unknown, when you'd rather be abused than be free since that's all you've been conditioned to know.

Hence why that horseshit saying "the devil you know is better than the angel you don't know" has per mutated its way into every Nigerian psyche . Don't underestimate the power of the media.

Stop being stupid. Making wild untrue statements like that is a sign of low intellect.

Hahahaha!

You know these cheastbeaters so well.

In one breath, "we killed the Sardauna and he was begging for his life like a sallah Ram".

In another breath, "the coup was not an Igbo coup, and it was Yoruba media that was stoking the hatred by reporting the gloatings by the Igbos in the Northern markets".

Decades later, the unteachable can still not learn from past suicidal gloating.

Empty rants from a demented afonja...No one is scared of you cos his killers acted according to the directives by the lifeless one whom you wicked ninnies cheered....When we protested the directives, most of you evil things tagged us "ballot-box snatchers...Now stew in your juice and take several broken seats

Mega clownish jesters.

You still have not talked about what punishment should have been given to the man in particular, you have only stated that no one has the right to maim him. your silence is quite suspicious. Through your silence you're not different from the Igbo on the forum. I was mistaken you for a more sensible Nigerian. cheers

You have been suicidally gloating over this "deserved" reaction on Nairaland, and ensuring to remind us that it was Igbos who killed the thug.

It seems the Igboman is genetically bereft of wisdom.

Soon, when the dust of the aftermath you are kindling settles, you will claim it is Lagos-Ibadan media that made it an "Igbo coup".

You think if he was indeed OPC, that his goons will take his death lightly because he burnt ballot papers without killing anyone?

And here you are foolishly announcing to his goons who they should deal with in their reprisal.

Death penalty for ballot box snatchers and vote disruptors.

They need to arrest those who killed him, there's a punishment for murder, this doesn't need to be dealt with from the prism of ethnicity but criminality.

You can't kill someone because they stole a ballot box
Thankfully the video is there as evidence, but will they even investigate it.
