Reality is that the SE/SS have less than 10 millions votes, and half will not come out to vote.

Osun people are still really angry against Aregbesola. To be candid, Aregbesola seriously damaged Osun people's psyche against APC. Osun was an undisputed stronghold of the APC. That was between 2011 and 2014. But Aregbesola overrated and overreached himself. He and his Tinubu cult of Lagos took the people for granted.

Talk of being full of oneself and arrogant?! He rode on a voyage of self-will, closing his ears against the people's cry. He disregarded the civil servants, serving and retired, thinking he had the the masses always in his pocket, regardless of the cries and protests of the working class.

The error of his judgement now stares him in the face and his Party is now suffering for it.

PDP would have taken over the State since September 2018, if they had presented a more acceptable gubernatorial candidate and if there were not too many opposition candidates dividing votes unnecessarily.

The only saving grace for the APC not to lose the State to opposition in the next four years is if the current Governor perform to the acceptance of the people. Any thing other than that, I see PDP taking over Osun State in the next four years.

But it was same SW vote that brought Buhari in 2015,the issue was that Nigerian voted anything tagged with PDP in 2015 after 16yrs of mismanagement, PDP assumed the power of Presidential Incumbency can not be broken,the electorate showed them,it was President Buhari's 4th term of coming for election as a candidate since 2003,ANPP,CPC,APC,he kept changing party,Nigerian assumed that APC might do excellently well,but we were wrong,what really pained most Nigerian is that PDP were still able to manage salaries payment to the civil servant's, in Oyo state,Virtually all State owned Tertiary Institutions are grounded, Lautech never ending strike ,School of Agriculture in Igboora which was established by the former governor Otunba Alao Akala,In 2018 August, Governor Ajimobi gave all secondary school's teachers promotion's and after a month, he stopped the new increment to the promotion and they only got promoted on paper,he already lost his Senatorial ticket last night
