Someone just told me something quite stringent. That courses with NC are very hard to be admitted in. Please is that true because I'm just realising that some of the courses I applied to are NC courses (though I don't even know the meaning, lol) Please can someone throw more lights on courses with NC? |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by CuteCeo: 7:33am On Feb 25, 2019 |
Champion100:NC are restricted courses. They only pick a few. |

https://www.nairaland.com/3430558/scam-alert-dont-victim-updates/58#76096184 Before engaging in any sort of financial transaction with any miracle men or women that may promise you milk and honey here...search their details on the scammers database above or ask for an escrows assistance if need be. It has come to our attention that a lot of thieves that we have successfully chased away from the business section have created new monikers and are now using this section as a point of reference for their next meal. Good morning all, pls i have few questions as my interview is slated for Wednesday 1.have been combining both my WAEC and GCE cos of lack of mathematics in my WAEC,please is it necessary i take my GCE result along too and does this in any way affect my chances of getting students visa. 2.should i take my IELTS results too along as part of academic requirements 3. |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by Nobody: 9:51am On Feb 25, 2019 |
Kuchiowong: Take your WAEC and GCE but make sure you get scratch cards for both! You can take your ielts with you but it ain't compulsory. And lastly don't forget to make 2 copies of ALL the documents you will be submitting including the WAEC GCE. All the best |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by pseudonomer: 9:58am On Feb 25, 2019 |
Kuchiowong: 1. Yes, you should take the two with you, it should not affect your chance. 2. Take your ielts result with you, if your course of study is in English. |

Good morning all, I have been following and reading your questions and comments hoping I will learn and teach my friends that are on this same journey. last month, I found out I was pregnant (family planning failed) its funny I am suppose to be happy but the thought of putting my plans on hold made me sad. Please I want advice, if I have a chance of travelling with my baby or if I can even get a visa while pregnant. Don't know if I should just stop the whole application process or continue. I don't even know d way forward, right now I just put every tin on hold. |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by pompido: 11:05am On Feb 25, 2019 |
ritlala: If you have started applying to schools, please continue. Being Pregnant will not stop you from getting visa (especially if it isn't too obvious during interview). I have friends who came in here while pregnant, have given birth here and are still schooling. Let me not deceive you, it will be tough at first but once you get into the routine, you will be very fine. 1. Your insurance covers you and your baby (antenatal and treatments all free) 2. Your delivery will be free of charge (insurance covers that too) 3. After delivery, you are expected to take a year off to take care of your child 4. Your school should help you with kindergarten for your child when the time comes for that. 5. You just might apply and get some benefits from the state you live. So, it is definitely doable and being a lady, you should be able to mix and make friends easily. Your hubby's support is of course paramount because you will need all the help you can get but, it definitely is doable as people are already doing that. All the best. 19 Likes |

ritlala: I'm sure there must be a way for you. There's definitely extra cost if you give birth before traveling because you must show that you have enough funds to cover your baby as well. Many schools have children facilities that nursing mothers will find helpful. The bigger question for me is whether you can handle the stress and pressure of studying while nursing your baby. There's no easy answer to that. If you decide to go ahead, I'm sure no embassy will deny you a visa because you're having a baby. But if you're pregnant up to 7 months, I doubt if any airlines will allow you to fly. This is only my opinion. I wish you the best of luck. Give my regards to that sharpshooter. It's not easy lol 7 Likes |
