Yes, lagos is more populated but most of it's votes are educated, online voters. Kano and Katsina have a lot of physical voters. Voters in Lagos would argue online with the hope that it will make others go out to vote rather than take the time to actually go out to vote

In addition, the north is responsive and crazy when it comes to anything Federal. They come all out even to the smallest in the family.

You can have over 5m accredited voters in Lagos and just 500,000 will vote but you can have 2m accredited voters in Kano and over 1m will vote.
