The movie virtually had everything you'll ever want in a 90s gangster movie. From exploding cars, corrupt politicians, blood, violent & slick action scenes, the movie got it all. The movie wasn't great, neither does it aim to be great, it was simply there. If you've seen the untouchables, you'll probably like it.
