I have really learnt a lot here, I will like to ask though, how can I make the things I visualize manifests quickly?..... The New Age teachings have hijacked the real meaning of imagination and christen it as Visualization which is just the Scientific term for Imagination.

What ever you were taught of Visualization, will it ever work if you replace visualization with imagination? while you can use visualization to create an imagery of the outcome of a prototype or project, you can not expect visualization to manifest a physical reality except in 'healing'.

Most addictions always come with some sort of bad story to tell. I know one thing that can cure addictions, completely or partially, depending on where you apply it. Its called Affirmations. Subliminal audios can do just the same thing since they are basically affirmations built in an audio format. I work with these affirmations myself and i recently ventured into doing subliminal audios for people. There are also many subliminal audios on youtube. It looked like a shadow), seemingly transparent being held out his hand in front of me as if wanting me to grab it. When i did, he gently dragged my spirit out of my body. He took me to places, some i know, some i don't. I also saw a lot of people i know. Somehow, its my most enjoyable dream till date. I can't really say about the first part of your experience. But i want to tell you that everything in the universe is truely vibrating. But we can't perceive it as normal humans. This is based on some books i have read. Not like i've experienced it myself. For the most part, i think you have nothing to fear.
