Actually bro I'm trying to see through his mind in this case. It's like you housing a friend that was unjustly ejected from his house by his landlord. if the govt makes the business environment unbearable and profits has dwindled, taxes skyrocket yet an employee is not bothered and still votes in the same government,it means that employee is not looking out for the welfare of the business ,you.are therefore justified to take them off your team.
