* Requirement for English Language is TOEFL/IETLS but can I still apply with letter proficiency of English Language from my school. If yes, was that what you used or do you know any that used it against TOEFL that was offered admission. (I used letter proficiency of English Language from my school)
* Can i use student transcript, if no can I let my school send the transcript straight to TU Freiberg and then send other documents later. My sch actually does not give original transcript to students only student's copy. How did you go about yours. (YES)
* Does TU Freiberg allow certification of docs from Federal High Court or only from German Embassy. (YES)
* Which documents did you send to the school? Did you include CV and Motivational letter. (YES)

I did, even sent a mail, but was referred to the website deadline February 1st, thought it was for summer semester.

Well just because it worked for you doesn't mean it will work for others. Does it even make sense? E.g Using Bremen university's ref letter for TU Berlin. And who knows whether the university you used the ref letter didnt need the letter. Recommendation letters is not mandatory in some universities

bros the reason for the German waka is for u to see what has worked for someone and you copy their success story and replicate same if that is not the reason then we should not be here so saying it works for me those not mean it will work is just like saying what we have been telling people to do here is based on assumption .
I will say this again like I have been saying Germany waka na per head yes but there are some basic things that is general to them all who ever your letter of reference or proficiency letter is address to is not really and issue except stated specifically by your school even some school have format for their reference letter and they will tell you straight but minus that the general rules apply .
Some schools won't ask you for motivation letter but will still go ahead and deny you base on that and some won't ask because they don't care and its not a problem.

I studied Political Science with 3.4cgpa but most of this courses I saw prefers Economics and business administration.

For Marburg- international political economy is a course I wish to study but according to the website I will have to start in Texas University Dallas cos of my first degree (Pol-Sci) for a year and return to Germany for the remaining year to complete the course, thus having a double degree. But I don't really understand USA students visa stuff plus the kind of visa rejection is something else, then I don't have GRE part of requirements plus school fees e.t.c

Will follow up with Trier University- International Economics and public policy same as Goethe University.
