I am asking because of the term "landing cost".

I tried buying a car from one of these auction sites through a nairaland agent.

The total calculated cost of having a 2007 Toyota corolla handed to me was 2.9-3M

Registration cost and other miscellaneous costs not included.

There was one that the total value on the Auction site was 900k but when the agent was done calculating everything to get the car to me, we ended at 2.6M

What could have happened? Which is the best?

Please help as I am planning on heading to Apapa next week to search for one to buy.

I understand that the cost here is between 1.9M-2.2M

Well the one arriving in March has 175k original miles.. Driven owned by a female ..good shape tires etc and best of all the most vtech engine..... And there is nothing to fix. Once the car arrives I will post and we can talk about price than .
