Just look at this situation now.,after failing woefully as governors in your states you still go out and vote them in as Senators to become your lawmakers,they then go on to continue their failures in the Senate. Where will the improvement then come from?

op, Rivers has two inconclusive senatorial slots but you gave pdp 3 meaning some of your datas may not be correct. i know that pdp will eventually win it since there is no opposition but as at today rivers has only one senator-elect
