In a nutshell he is big and I have seen him dash out 10m in an event he attended and didn't like the hall so he doled out 10m for them to upgrade the hall...lol grin

You are sure he is hypertensive? Really? How do you know that? What is the closest proximity you've been with ifeanyi ubah? Can you back up your claims? Do you know some people have gym in their house but chose to sign up in another gym facility because it will make them more committed than just exercising in their house? Finally, do you think Arthur can't afford to build a gym even if he doesn't have one.
