I'm in the north and I can authoritatively tell you there was massive manual voting in the north esp in Kano , Katsina & Zamfara states, and these happened mostly in the rural areas.
We all know what went down. PDP were clearly beating in their own rigging game this time around...

You were in all 3 states on election day?

Oga, show us evidence of manual voting in the North. Big lie.

That is why Atiku will demand from the INEC data registered by the SCR in the North to see if it tallies with the final votes cast both for POP and APC. Simple. Please don't argue this or I'll have to doubt your intelligence. grin

They want to make the card reader the scapegoat for their failure in the elections. Despite its imperfections the card reader has sanitise our elections. Outrageous figures are giving way to reasonable figures. In pre card reade elections PDP was getting over 20 million votes in presidential elections but since its introduction figures for winner of presidential elections has dropped to 15 million votes.
You are an illiterate. PDP hs never gotten 20 million in any election since democracy began.
All the figures from the NE and NW were products of thumbprinting in absence of card readers.
INEC refuses to use a Card reader in the north but enforced the same in the south.
Instead of blaming PDP, why not face your god in Aso Rock?

Lies about this Card Reader shall be stopped! Has anybody EVER been stopped from voting just because the card reader failed to recognize his/her finger print?

Yes,I was not allowed to vote in Abia without card reader authentication. It took 6 attempts before the card reader recognized y finger prints.

It doesn't matter how many attempts you made, you could try the 10 fingers, that's 10 attempts. Even if all of them failed you must still vote!
I want to know who was turned back and not permitted to o cast his/her vote at all due to fingerprint scan failure.

How? Look. I said Atiku has demanded Card Reader data from INEC to determine if it's data tallies with number of votes cast by both parties. Let me explain... If the North was strictly dependent on the said card readers and not manual voting as they claim, the data will show it. But if the number of actual voters outweigh the number that applied the device then... Now think this through. Slowly and carefully like it's a JAMB question. Remember APC won with so much millions from the North. With reasoning like yours it's definite, we're in trouble as a nation. How can you compete? You can descend to insults bro I really don't care!

No mind people, we just love wahala, they only refused those whose card can't be read by the gadget in my PU in Lagos, if they try fingerprint authentication and it failed after multiple attempts, they note it down against your name on the register.
No one was turned back for non-authentication of fingerprint.

If in this age of internet you cannot make simple seach to verify your claims before you go public you are one of those President buhari referred to as lazy youth.
The following are the results PDP got pre card reader : PDP votes
1999 - 18.7million
2003 - 24.4million
2007 - 24.6million
2011 - 22.5million
2015 - 12.8million * inec introduced Card Readers.
2019 - 11.2million * stricter adherence to use Card readers.

Am asking those denied to speak out. This is because I am very conversant with the electoral process. Once your none of your fingers could be verified by the SCR the electoral guideline requires the official fills an Incidence form for the Voter and issue ballot papers to him/her to go ahead and vote.
The Incidence forms filled would afterwards be reviewed for a lasting solution.

The card readers whether with high or low sensitivity would apply equally on all the voters at any particular given polling booth and therefore would affect the candidates only to the proportion but not the over all outcome of the results.

These ppl are just making unnecessary noise.

PDP made law with card reader n sign it into law it took them 16 years. APC will modify the electoral laws according to it wish n sign into law. PDP can not make laws for APC to rubber stamp n it’s just 3 years so there is plenty time for APC to do that now since it is ruling till 2023.

That is one of the many good things from PDP administration, what have been the reforms by the APC govt? Even to sign a bill to law was not done cuz they were afraid of losing

Incidence Forms were outlawed nation wide for this election. But reports have it that it was applied heavily in the North to the detriment of the South.

That's a big fat lie! The amendment tried to abolish it but the president never signed it. So card reader is part and parcel of the electoral process.

Wait I don't get you. Are you saying that Incidence forms which should've been abolished was not? By virtue of the President not signing the new law. Bear with me I'm trying to understand. Info like yours could help me understand what really went down. I'm writing

Of course that's what I am saying.
INEC promised to make the SCR more effective in such a way that at least majority of voters would be successfully verified using their fingerprint thereby eliminating the need for Incidence forms. NASS then used that INEC initial promise to remove the clause that allowed the use of Incidence forms in case of unsuccessful fingerprint scan.
INEC never gave the SCR any significant technical upgrade, and the president at the end didn't sign the electoral amendment bill.
In the end INEC (and every other Nigerian) has to follow the electoral guidelines as they were prior to 2015 elections. Among which Incidence forms are part and parcel of.

Mind you according 2015 election analysis the SCR was able to successfully scan the fingerprint of less than 30% of eligible voters. So there's no way 70% could be disenfranchised by not using the Incidence forms.
