dele31: Congrats on your PhD admission. Outcomes for PhD admission and scholarship are usually separate. For example, it is possible that one got an admission but did not get offered a scholarship. There is usually (at least, from personal experience) no separate application for scholarship as a decision can be reached using the same documents you have previously submitted for admission. I did not know some schools now conduct phone interviews, I hope that goes well for you. Just google some sample questions, practise your responses and speak very clearly (and not too fast) during the interview and you will be fine. 1 Like |

FutureDon: Hello boss, Please I will appreciate if you can suggest schools I can apply to for my PhD in Electrical Engineering (Electric Power Systems) in Australia. Also I hope to get scholarship, what are my chances with an MEng CGPA of 4.09/5.0 (NB: I will be rounding up my masters by July this year, that's my coursework CGPA, I actually got that assuming I get a B in my thesis, I hope to get an A by God's grace) And when is the best time to apply for PhD in Australia (February or July). Thanks in anticipation |

liliberth:Why ? |
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by liliberth: 8:19am On Mar 07, 2019 |
Either he shows his degree for a masters or his masters for a PhD. They want a progression, very hard for them to give when he already has a masters. Solitin40: 1 Like |
