I admit that govt do inflate contract but on a serious note you cannot compare okoko-marine railway to Lagos -Ibadan railway. Definitely,cost of constructing okoko-marina railway will be more than the cost of constructing Lagos-Ibadan railway because of challenges at okoko-Marina railway.

So project date has now been moved from 2013 to 2022 That's a whole 9 years of delay, for such a short rail distance and they aren't even highspeed trains.
