Good day pls I need help to get someone who scammed me of 180,00 I sent some packages to the lady through someone delivering it to her and she said she have sent my money she even send me the pics of the debit alert(which I'm not sure off)and since yesterday I haven't seen any money in my account.she resides in ABUJA any help will be appreciated I have her pics with me(got it online through her no).But the mistake that happen is that the lady that deliver the package to her let her go even before me confirming the alert or her debit(seems she showed the lady the debit alert) cry cry cry

Bro pls next time always collect your payment in full first before any delivery. No money, no goods.

forward the picture to the lady that delivered the package to her ... To confirm/acknowledge. If the picture you have or got online is the same with the person that received the Goods. Then you can take it up from there.... But I'm very positive if she's a scammer you won't get same picture with the person that received the Goods...

One thing i noticed about reversal is that the money doesnt get to the destination. Forget all those debit alert buyers send, some of them are very fraudulent. So if you sent me money, i will have to get a credit alert at my own end, and also proceed to my online banking platform to re-affirm it.

Let's have the buyer's phone number. Do you also have the delivery person phone number? If you do, let's have it too. We would track them down, you must also provide your phone number for followup.

You would do well to take this pics down or take out the name at least till you have confirmed that it is a scam.
Allow up to 48hrs before raising alarm. If your alarm turns out false,you could be sued for defamation of character.
Basira may be nice and understanding but trust me, i wouldnt be half as nice if my name is defamed.

Dont say what you don't know. That's the exact way gtbank send alerts. The sender's account number is fully displayed.
Op give her till Monday maybe, that's how gtbank alert looks like, if you want evidence, I have a lot of pictures.
first paragraph you are sure, but second one you said maybe. well mine is an assumption though as none of my banks leave it in full. Let's hope he's dealing with an honest fellow.

Damn! E dey always bite me for body when bastards steal people's hard earned blood & sweet. Sorry Op!

The first mistake you made: from the pic you posted , it shows the transferred sum did not add up to the intital 130 you had in your account. If you have 50naira in your account and someone transfers 1000naira to you, your total sum should add up to 1000+50 .

I use a three-way authentication system. Phone alert, Email & Banking app.

If you can bypass these three or even two sef, na me go by myself add small thing join wetin you scam me

There are more to it, You have just been scammed I fell victim too thou due to distress and a guy greed.

You can’t actually get to the bottom of the issues if you don’t have footprints and ready to spend money becos that’s the only thing to get money.

I have other options.

There's is a special fraud unit at the Force CID office in Abuja. They treat all form of fraud cases. If you can, write a petition to the force DIG and submit it there. Only downside is the amount here is small so if you can track down the lady, I don't think any other policeman or woman can interfere with the case anymore because the DIG is supreme and only answerable to IG. You'll surely get justice.
Another thing is you have to know someone at the force CiD to follow up with your petition otherwise it will take a very long time to process

Yeah. At least give her the benefit of doubt before tarnishing her image. banks tend to mess up things when it's weekend but Monday, things should normalize.

If its genuine, he shouldn't wait that long. If you send me money now, I will receive it instantly. Electronic transfers don't go on holiday. Whatever gave her alert and left him with none is fishy.

Things like this happen and it's no one's fault. that's why the have customer care officers to complain to.

Truth is, once a transfer is made to you and you don't get credited in your bank app after 30mins the money will be reverted to the sender.

So, always log in to your bank app to check and make sure the money is in your available balance! If the money is not in your available balance, it can still go back to the sender.
