The worst transfer case I ever witnessed happened BTW me and my brother when he transfered just 15k and he was debited yet I didnt receive any alert and he was expecting reverse but to no avail.

Good day pls I need help to get someone who scammed me of 180,00 I sent some packages to the lady through someone delivering it to her and she said she have sent my money she even send me the pics of the debit alert(which I'm not sure off)and since yesterday I haven't seen any money in my account.she resides in ABUJA any help will be appreciated I have her pics with me(got it online through her no).But the mistake that happen is that the lady that deliver the package to her let her go even before me confirming the alert or her debit(seems she showed the lady the debit alert)

Bro it might be an issue from the bank, my popsi has had this same issue with Fcmb last month when he sent money to the person even After debiting him the person called my dad that hasn’t received nada even after a week. My dad thought the guy was lying. Until he sent a copy of his statement of account to my dad. I think you shouldn’t conclude it’s a scam yet, try call her and explain things to her.

There's is a special fraud unit at the Force CID office in Abuja. They treat all form of fraud cases. If you can, write a petition to the force DIG and submit it there. Only downside is the amount here is small so if you can track down the lady, I don't think any other policeman or woman can interfere with the case anymore because the DIG is supreme and only answerable to IG. You'll surely get justice.
Another thing is you have to know someone at the force CiD to follow up with your petition otherwise it will take a very long time to process

I will keep saying it SMS alert mean nothing until you confirm the transaction on your own bank app...

As far as I know,, Once money shows up as valid in your bank app.. Not even the sender's bank or your own bank for that matter has the authority to reverse money for any reason..
Reversals dont show up in bank app transaction history at all,, and that's why I even go further by screenshot the Transaction ID,, just in case...
.
Even if it's you mistakenly send money to another person's acc,, not you or the bank can reverse it so far its processed..
.
So Bank App verification/Statement of acc is untilmate,, not any other alert whatsoever..

Your customer must have reversed the payment online moments after you confirmed it. Or he must have quickly contacted the bank to do just that.

He called me to say he got a reversal
And sent me the money the following Monday
