What is happening in Rivers is something anyone of good will or good conscience should be weeping. It is beyond party politics. People are being shot and hounded by those paid to protect them, INEC officials are being held hostage or prevented from collating/announcing results. Ha ba my dear brothers and sisters!

The plan is either to declare a state of emergency and install an army officer as administrator of Rivers state or INEC would suspend the elections till further notice (but still within the 90 day stipulated period) in which case the normal tenure of Wike would have expired by May 29 and an interim administrator would be put in charge of the state. Either way Wike would not be available as governor to wield the influence he has now and APC would then have a field day in cahoot with the administrator. Those who think INEC just made a rgt decision do not know what's happening underground. This suspension is only part of the apc plan with inec to take over Rivers. But God is greater.
