LordNapoleon: I may not be right, but I believe strongly that Obowo and Ihitte Uboma are of the same clan as Mbaise. Proximity is the number one fact I base my submission on, coupled with the fact that they share a lot in common. As per the Ngwa and Mbaise root, the only thing that relates to them strongly is their longevity of life. The two clans are blessed with grace of old age (I believe that is why the duo arguably have the highest population in Igbo land). They have other negative traits too that they share which, due to the make-up of this forum, I will not be discussing. 2 Likes |

letu: I no even understand where u are coming from and where u are heading...why waste Soo much time typing without making sense...is that not the highest level of idiocy. You call me a non indigen, fine. U know some countries grants one citizenship by birth, by residence of 10yrs on PR status and by descent of anscestors...if Aba is a country; I qualify as a citizen based on the above three yardsticks...in as much as I love my being Anambranian...my man my grandfather was born in Aba...during the time Aba was under Lugard's southern protectorate. My dad was born in Aba when Aba was under Eastern Nigeria...I was born in Aba when Aba was in Old Imo state...I spent close to 20yrs in Aba living with family... How dare u call me a novice in Aba cum Ukwa Ngwa matters...I can give you names of two artificial autonomous communities in Osisioma that were just created under OUK there were not there when I was a kid. But today they have traditional rulers. There is a community in Obingwa called Amumara- Ossa after Ohuru( Sen. Harcourt's hometown). The founders of Amumara-Ossa came from Amumara in Mbaise... A person parading himself as an Ngwa indigene may not even know half what I know about the history of Abia state... Put yourself in order and come back I never told u Ngwa have population...I made it clear that they are blessed with land mass |
