U don't need to secure admission or write any English language proficiency test. Ptdf would secure the admission.

Yes! ptdf will secure admissions for selected scholars, however, you have to show proof that your previous study, which should not be less than 1 year was conducted in English Language.

Please can one just get an admission without any certain proof of funds? (since the scholarship itself isn't sure until you get it) Just as you have advised, so as to raise one's chances of getting better schools. I mean will admission be given (by the school) in good faith?
