I want Superheroine movies to be successful just as their male counterparts. Everything can't be about the male, the females should also have a share of the cake, well thanks to Wonder Woman, that is now a reality.

But we shouldn't be happy, the beginning of something doesn't determine the end. With the level of controversy and criticism accompanying CM, it's case might end up being like that of BvS which i pray it doesn't. BvS was doing very very good scaling high the box office radar with hyper speed heading towards a billion until like rapture thanks to heavy criticism, it's earning just slowed down drastically and seized bringing it gross BO earning to over $860M. That could be the same fate for CM which I pray it isn't. CM should have the same fate as Avengers: Infinity War, BP, Aquaman, WW and Venom (which didn't do well at the beginning but ended up doing well at the end). But for now let's keep our hands crossed, we shouldn't celebrate yet until at least the end of this week.

But one thing is sure CM is going to gross a minimum of $600M. There is a higher probability of it gross over WW (which is not a problem because records are meant to be broken), also there is a 50 50 probability of it less grossing WW and low probability of it equal grossing WW or crossing the billion dollar mark. But one thing is sure, it's going to be a success just like the upcoming WW84, BW, BOP movies , which I pray it is. Girl Power Ti Take Over.

So MJBOLT, XxSabrinaxX, IAmSabrina, hulk616, CosmicPhoenix, you guys should mention me when CM grosses over $800M so we can celebrate and if it grosses over $1B, mention me again so we can celebrate more.

Honestly, I am surprised that rotten tomatoes had to bend many rules for Misney because of Captain Marvel. First, they removed the "I want to see" button and thereafter, they removed thousands of legit user reviews just to jack up the hype. I don't see rotten tomatoes lasting for long as a neutral aggregator any longer. I would rather consult Roger Ebert or Metacritic. Better still, global movie lovers should create an alternate aggregator site independent of critics reviews like IMDB.
