Originakalokalo: The Quran Promise is simple. Believe in God, The Creator and Cherisher of ALL, believe in ALL Inspired Messengers, making no distinction among them and be Good to fellow Creature. The Quran says YOUR WORK will not be lost and ETERNAL LIFE will be yours in the Life to come. |

Lukuluku69: Billions have had access in the past and are still having access in the present.... It includes those who have died. Let's quote some of the Quran shall we? I have the English version too. My question is, we're you promised eternal rest? Who promised you..? You have been quoting the scriptures since... and i have been answering you... Let's quote from your book... I need answers... Thank you. |

Lukuluku69: You said... "believe in God" The question is, the God you mentioned is not Yahweh. ....how do I know? One God cannot have two different mode of worship, books, doctrines, etc. Allah and Yahweh are, without any doubt, different. Now, if your eternity is hinged on "believing in God" Don't you think there is a major problem here? It is either I am right and you are wrong or vice versa. So, you need to be dead sure that the God you believe in is the ONE WHO CREATED THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH. the only one God. Jesus told me that anyone cannot worship Yahweh (the only one God) except through him (Jesus) If eternity is very important, and it is based on worshiping the true God, therefore, One of us is in trouble for worshiping a wrong God. |

Originakalokalo:Yahweh. I will tell you the origin of that name. I will have to tax your patience though. What is Yahweh? That Word was gotten from the Tetragrammaton YHWH ELOHIM. The word Yahweh came about by adding vowels to those Letters. Who added the vowels? Gentile readers of the Old Testaments! Why? They are finding it hard to keep up with the readings. The Jews never added the vowels because, it is their Language and naturally it comes easy reading it without the vowels. Now, what does YHWH ELOHIM means? The Bible Translators have rendered it LORD GOD. Read thru your bible, places you see LORD GOD, the word there ORIGINALLY was YHWH ELOHIM. YA in Hebrew is a vocative word meaning Oh. WH at the end simply means HUWA meaning He! So, YHWH simply means OH HE. This leaves us with ELOHIM. ELOHIM simply is the name of the Deity. So, YHWH ELOHIM simply means OH HE GOD! You can never find a Jew or Hebrew man that address the name of God as Yahweh. Never. They just laugh at Christians with all the name you guys came up with. Yahweh, Jehovah. So, my friend, Yahweh is not and cannot be proper name of God. Take up Hebrew Language, most of the issue you Christians have will be solved. You see that HALLELUYAH too? Na hogwash. You see, Hebrew like Arabic is written from right hand to left side. Halleluyah is simply YA ALLELU. The Gentile readers/Transcribers goofed. Like I said above, YA is like saying OH. So, YA ALLELU simply means invoking name of God in Prayers. Oh Allelu, Ya Allelu. Ya Allahu, Oh Allah. |

Lukuluku69: I watch a Jewish pastor on TV. He calls God Yahweh....so, I don't understand where this is coming from. Derek Prince is a Christian writer who studies Hebrew in Jerusalem.... He writes about God as Yahweh, or Elohim Israel. We have two different God's here sir... Regardless of the name.... different books, doctrines, acts, etc. One is wrong. ....and whoever is wrong will wake up in eternity and find out. |

Originakalokalo:My friend, the Arabs call Him Allah, the Hebrews Eloha, the Aramaic( Jesus Language) call him Allaha. Remember Jesus words on the cross? Matthew 27:46 KJV [46] And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? He was not calling on Yahweh! He called on Eli Eli. You see, the difference is only in the writing, pronunciation it is the same. Are you Yoruba? Eledumare/Olodumare, to the Yorubas these two words mean one and the same thing, a non Yoruba can quibble from now till eternity, we Yoruba know that it is the same and refers to the Deity. The same applies to the Semitic Tongue which Hebrew, Aramaic and Arabic came from. And talking about worshipping him, let see how the Prophets worshipped him in the Bible. Shall we? |

Originakalokalo: Oh, the Jews have lost it nah. For over a Thousand Years, they never pronounced the name of God. If you do, in Jewry, they will kill you. They feel God is so mighty as such His Holy Name should not be pronounced! His name according to them is INEFFABLE. So, if a Jewish Pastor says Yahweh should that be a surprise to you? Have you not seen Jewish writing writing the Word God as "G-d? Eternity is real, so is the punishment in a Fire God Himself has kindled. Let us look at the Scriptures together so that non will be lost. |

Lukuluku69: Jesus told me that my " father" would die and come home to rest... Those were his exact words. He gave me the timing and the events that would surround his exit from this world. Three months (or thereabouts) later, my Father died as a pastor. Everything that was said to me by the Lord happened. If I remember this day, I just know that I am not leaving Jesus.....I have witnessed more of him since then. He is so real. I have done some stuff in Jesus name. To me, I have nothing to worry about. |

Originakalokalo: My Grandma of blessed memory, a Muslim foretold her own death too. She asked to speak to every of her Kids, call us her Grand Child, to always support each other and live as one. We all cried when she said this. Two weeks later, I had this overwhelming urge to just go see her. phone call won't do, as I was ironing my clothes, my phone rang and was told that my Grandamama passed on. I am a Muslim, who inspire this in me and my Grandmama? |

Originakalokalo: Those words were put in Jesus mouth by over zealous Scribes. He never said that. For if that was the case, NO ONE actually worship God Until some 2,000 or so years when he came. Sub Sahara Africa only heard of him when Europeans came looking for Gold in the 1600s, and there are people in the World today who haven't heard of him and will not hear of him. What happened to those who diligently followed Moses? |

Psalm 95:6: “O’ come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our maker.” Joshua 5:14: “And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship.” I Kings 18:42: “And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth and put his face between his knees.” Numbers 20:6: “ And they (Moses and Aaron) fell upon their faces and the glory of the Lord appeared upon them.” Genesis 17:3: “And Abram fell on his face and God talked with him saying. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 KJV [13] Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. FOR THIS IS THE WHOLE DUTY OF MAN. |

Christians believe that The Bible contains every thing that would happen in the World from the Creation thru the End Time. But curiously, no C Will admit the fact of the Rise of Islam and Muslims. I once asked a Christian friend where is the Nation God promised Ishmael in the Bible and He replied that he does not know! I offered the Islam as that Nation, and he said it is the Devil that inspired Islam! I tried showing him Prophesies of Islam, Muslims and Muhammad in the Bible. He said I am a Revisionist! My friend, can I show you too? Maybe you will see the Light of God thru my me? |

Lukuluku69: Nobody put any word in Jesus mouth. He also said that anyone who does not believe in him does not know the Father and has no life in him... Did they put that in his mouth too? If you believe that anyone puts words in Jesus mouth to say, then good luck with such belief. Mosaic law was for Israel. After Jesus death and resurrection, There is no other way to the father except through Jesus. |

Lukuluku69: Lol. Islam came 600 years after the Bible was written and almost everything in the Old Testament found its way into the Quran. Same stories as the ones we have in the Old Testament but the God has been replaced with Allah instead of Yahweh. God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob did not introduce himself as Allah. Why are you trying so hard to use the Bible to validate Islam? I am here with you my brother.... Bring all your evidence "from the Bible " I will be waiting. Just know that we serve two different God and one is an impostor. |

Lukuluku69: You have been quoting the scriptures since.... Let me quote one... You can't believe a part of the Bible and reject some... That will be too convenient for you.... " He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. " (John 3: 18) Try and quote from the Quran too.... It will help us better since it is your book |

Originakalokalo: The Book of John is rather a funny book. Don't you see that Jesus talked so differently in it? In the synoptic, Jesus mentioned the Kingdom of God/Heaven some 54 Times, John only recorded ONE of such! How come? That book is full of PIOUS FRAUD. The Scribes really mess up that book. And talking about Sons, God gat them in loads! Check thru the Bible. Psalm 2:7 KJV [7] I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. " That was God, talking to David!" Genesis 6:2 KJV [2] That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. The references so innumerable that if I should quote half of it, I run the risk of boring you to death. You see, the Term Son/s of God in Hebrew usage simply means someone beloved by God. So don't sweat it as they say. The Book of John? If I start with it, bros, I will say so many derogatory things about the Christian Faith but you can't blame me, blame those ridiculous Scribes who wrote it. Oh, I thought you said you wanted to quote from the Quran!? You go right ahead, I will be waiting and I quote the Bible for you because that is the Book you know. Assuming you are Hindu, I would have quote The Veda for you to substantiate my Faith in Allah and His Messenger. As for the issue cornering Jesus in the Quran, there is no controversy. Jesus the Son of Mary is no more than an Apostle, many were those before him. He was a Messenger send to the House of Israel. He is not God, nor His son for far above is Allah above such. He Allah willed a Son, it won't be One. |

Originakalokalo: Me Website? God forbid that. Everything I write here, please double check them on any App to check for duplicate. Aside the Biblical quotation, most of my post are well thought out and I use the History of the world as I gleaned them from numerous books I read in my life to offer interpretations. |
Re: Uncommon Scriptures That Support Trinity. by PeterChrist: 2:36pm On Mar 13, 2019 |
My! Lot of bugs here. Let's start squashing 'em Lukuluku69: You are getting confused. YHWH and ELOHIM are two different words with different etymologies though they can both be used to refer to the Biblical deity. Lukuluku69: First, Hebrew just like its sister language Arabic is written without the vowel sounds. Second, how did you come to the conclusion that the Gentile readers of the Old Testament added the vowels? It was the Hebrews themselves who developed the vowels used to pronounce the Hebrew words Third, if the Jews never added the vowels, then how do you expect them to pronounce the Tetragrammaton? The Jews out of reverence for God's name did not address God by the covenantal name (YHWH) so as to avoid speaking that sacred name in vain. In the process, the pronunciation of the Tetragrammaton became lost unlike the pronunciation of other Hebrew words which survived. The Hebrew word "Adonai" was substituted for the tetragrammaton in Jewish worship. The vowel sounds from the Adonai later became integrated into the Tetragrammaton and we have "Yahweh" Lukuluku69: You say what? Who taught you all these crap? you need to sue your Hebrew tutor Tracing the etymology of this divine Name is a very daunting task such that scholars could not agree on the etymology. However, the hypothesis you are putting forward is a novel idea, please can you tell us the school of thought that agree with you? Or is it that you are so brilliant that you easily worked out the etymology? Yah is a shortened form for the Tetragrammaton. For instance, YAHSHUA means YAHWEH is my salvation. if Yah means "oh", YAHSHUA will mean "Oh is my salvation" which is very absurd. Eliyahu which means "Yahweh is my God" will now mean "oh is my God". Your hypothesis is as ridiculous as they come. Perhaps you are ignorant of the fact that there are several passages in the Bible where the word YHWH stands on its own without adding Elohim. Lukuluku69: Lol. The Jews do refer to God as YHWH (both the Christian and non-Christian ones). However, a conservative Rabbinic Jew will not add the vowels so as to avoid using the name of God in vain. It is rather the other way round, the Jews are the ones who will laugh at your ignorance. Lukuluku69: Yes, Yahweh had been and is and will always be the proper name for God. You should consider your advice if you are one who learned at the feet of the typical Muslim polemicists you parade as Biblical scholars. If you actually learned Hebrew, then consider my first advice which is: sue your Hebrew tutor and request for refund of the fees you paid. Lukuluku69: Here they come again. In this paragraph alone, you committed many semantic fallacies and they come in flavours. In a country where committing this type of fallacy attracts severe punishment, I'm sure you will have to re-incarnate about three to four times to serve your jail term. I don't know how you guys reason? The fact that two different words from different languages with different etymologies and usage sounds familiar does not mean that they are the same thing!!! For instance, "alah" in Hebrew means oak tree, does that mean that the Islamic deity is an oak tree? Second, Halleluyah means "praise Yah" and "Yah" is shortened form for "Yahweh". So what are you saying gan na? |

Jesus was transformed on the Mount in the book of Mathew.... With Moses and Elijah and his clothes shone like the sun... This one is not the book of John ooo He raised the dead, cast out demons, in the book of Luke and Mathew and Mark... The disciples told Jesus in the book of Luke that... "the demons were subject to us in your name" That one is not the book of John oooooo The book of Mathew, mark, luke recorded the death and ressurection and ascension of Jesus.... They are not the book of John ooooo The book of Mathew spoke about the coming of Jesus with the Holy angels of God... You see how convenient it is for you to accept one part of the Bible and reject the other? Lol. |
Re: Uncommon Scriptures That Support Trinity. by Lukuluku69(m): 2:46pm On Mar 13, 2019 |
PeterChrist: Oga, go back to school. Go and learn Hebrew before you come online and talk nonsense. When you guys claimed Jesus was strung up, why did he not shout Yahweh, Yahweh? Did he forgot his father's name? You said "alah" in Hebrew means Oak Tree? Abi? Do you speak the Language. Are you Yoruba? What does IGBA means? It could mean Time, Calabash, Garden Egg, Twenty(20) etc. it depends on the tones and stress you put in the articulation in Pronouncing the Words. All that you posit above is nothing more than sophistry. Halleluyah means Praise Yah, Praise Yah ko, Praise Yo ni? Carry your sophistry go Church, it can't work on me. |
Re: Uncommon Scriptures That Support Trinity. by Originakalokalo(m): 2:47pm On Mar 13, 2019 |
Jesus in the book of Mathew asked the disciples to preach and baptise people in the name of the Father and the son and the Holy Spirit.... Are you baptized sir? He also said.... All the power on earth and in heaven has been given to me.... Jesus always refer to God as the father in the book of Mathew, mark, Luke.... Lol. You have been deceived sir. You should continue to handpick the scriptures. If you don't accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you stand condemned. Mathew, mark, Luke and John confirmed this. |

PeterChrist: Oga O ni sophistry, here is Wikipedia for you. The Aramaic word for "God" in the language of Assyrian Christians is ʼĔlāhā, or Alaha. Arabic-speakers of all Abrahamic faiths, including Christians and Jews, use the word "Allah" to mean "God". The Christian Arabs of today have no other word for "God" than "Allah". |

The book of John is funny abi? The book of Mathew 4 verse 7 ....jesus replied the devil and said... "thou shalt not tempt THE LORD THY GOD. " The devil was tempting Jesus.... I am sure you understand what we can obtain from there. You must throw away the whole New Testament books.. Because I have facts from there. You will then have to throw the Old Testament books away too because there are facts from there... (it will be difficult for you to throw the books of Old Testament away since you have been quoting from there...) oya, take this... " But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting." (Micah 5: 2) From Bethlehem, shall come someone who has been since everlasting... He shall come as a ruler. ....Jesus is going to rule a kingdom that is of everlasting.... Are you part of the kingdom? Isaiah 9verse 6, Unto us a child is born..... He shall be called everlasting father and mighty God. I can go on and on.... ....and when I am done, you will kukuma throw away everything in the Bible. You need to believe Jesus and accept him sir. Your soul is on the line. |
Re: Uncommon Scriptures That Support Trinity. by Originakalokalo(m): 3:07pm On Mar 13, 2019 |

Originakalokalo: Lol. Condemned of what? Go and munch on Isaiah 42, 52, 54, 59 and 60. While at it, I belong to that Nation promised Ishmael by God. My Allah promise is true, what about Yahweh? Genesis 17:20 KJV [20] And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation. God don't condemned what he Promise. A Great Nation. The only people that stand condemned are those stiff neck Jews. |
