What is wrong with Flour Mill Recruitment team? All i can deduce from the aptitude test is incompetency. Imagine asking a numerical question and your options are the months in a year, or a multiplication question and the options are off. . I have a feeling that the aptitude test is just formality.

That multiplication question was in number base 8. From the options you can deduce that. In the other, the months represent figures I think. This way, it all makes sense.

To me that's over thinking. If it was in base 8, it should have been stated. Normal people use base 10 for aptitude test. I guess its just negligence. Imagine those test question was copy and paste from a particular site i know and I use very well for practice

Any idea of how the assessment look like, plus what are the necessary things for best preparation before the AC Day.. Whoever that as gone through the AC stage should help with a tip.
