Okoroacha has a case here. In as much as I never wanted his son-in-law to win, the law was brazenly stepped on by the Returning Officer by going ahead to declare PDP as winners. He'll effortlessly win at the Tribunal and Appeals Court. And a rerun between AA and PDP will be called.

PDP knows this already..

The game is to delay the court process for as long as possible, whilst racking up resources to face him again at the rerun elections.

Guy,stop talking carelessly.we never had any constitution in 1998 but 1999 and it was never quashed or discarded.some of its sections were amended periodically but section 179 which borders on criteria to be declared a winner was never touched.

Who did this rigging for Uche Nwosu in Ideato?

How did Uche Nwosu score 259℅ only him? The total of each ℅ should be 100, but AA is already having 259℅

Rochas and his house boy in-law no sabi mathematics

No wonder d REC no even listen to his cry as it was obvious he is parading fake results.

The total ℅ of all d party in each LGA must give 100℅ else na inflated figure. In this case AA is already having 259℅ na magic?

Okoroawusa is a crook

. Emeka Ihedioha was duly returned as Imo Governor-elect.

You guys are missing things up.

If a single candidate is running, he needs 25% in 2/3 of each LGA.

But when there are two or more candidates, a winner needs 25% of 2/3 of the LGA not in each LGA. That means a candidate needs to score 25% of the votes in 2/3 of the LGAs.

The constitution is specific. For instance, if 1000 candidates run for election, it might be difficult to win 25% in 2/3 of LGA and it might even be difficult to win 25% of all the votes casted.

The constitution understand this clearly, so it specifies that such candidate should win 25% of the all the votes casted in 2/3 of the LGA and it could be any mix.

Ihedioha won didn't only win 25% of the votes casted in 2/3 of the LGAs, he even scored over 25% of all casted votes.

For those that don't understand mathematics, in the worst cast scenario, you need 25% of all casted voted to be returned as duly elected.

INEC are within the provision of the law.

You cant delay beyond 9 months which is the maximum limit for all cases at the tribunal to be dispensed.but this borders on constitutionality and no court waste time on ruling on such cases.any delay is even giving nwosu more advantage to even get federal might which would do the magic

Of course Uche Nwosu won clearly. Everyone knows but there was already a plan in place to stop him by all means involving even Okorocha's party Chairman. That error of not remembering to rig in 2/3rd of the State has nullified the gang up.

Now check this out and it might sound unbelievable but true.

1 It was only in 3 Mbaise LGAs that card reader was not used.

2 The electoral officer for Aboh Mbaise is a native of Aboh Mbaise

3 Electoral officer for Ahiazu Mbaise is from Ahiazu Mbaise

4 Electoral Officer for Aboh Mbaise is from Aboh Mbaise and inlaw to Emeka Ihedioha.

People of Imo State aren't happy. Go to all social media and gatherings and notice it's only Mbaise people that are happy. That's why the victory celebration was scanty and if you are Igbo you can tell the dialects of the noisemakers.

Useless old man go to court with your iberiberism if you feel short changed. Genuine Imolites are happy with the new sheriff in imo state. Even if the election is conducted 100x, Okoroawusa and his house boy will still be defeated. It is clear Imolites have rejected Okoroawusa
