senatordave1: That is not INEC rule, you hypocrite. It is in the electoral law. It is the law. And that info came from Premium Times stating the votes count announced by INEC in that election. 2 Likes 1 Share |

senatordave1: Yap. Y'all are quick to say inflated figures in Mbaise. Pray tell, what's the number of registered voters in ideato south? Ideato south had a turn out of more than 75% . What's the turn out in Mbaise again? 3 Likes 2 Shares |

senatordave1:Guy I am telling you that Ihedioha is waiting for you people in court already, we will see the interpretation, by 29 of may he will be governor of I'm stste, check all the election across the country, check the said percentage, thus logic was what awolowo wanted to use to trick the FEDECO, that was thrown away by the supreme Court, since then the matter has been settled , it is a trick used by disgruntled politicians to play pranks when they lose elections, so all these gra gra and propaganda will no go anywhere and will never help Uche Nwosu, more over imo people have rejected him. 3 Likes 1 Share |

durangokid:You are gradually becoming desperate and frenzied after i have clearly defeated you with superior facts.you even have the mind to call our mighty constitution a political prank abi? You are dumb. What happened in 1979 was a little complicated and borderline.there was 19 states and shagari had 25% in 12 states.there was confusion as to whether two third of 19 is 12 or 13.you can see that at least 12 is close to 13 and it can be argued so in court.plus the 1979 constitution at then was ambiguous.but in the case of emeka,he got 25% in only 12 lgas which is not even up to half of 27 talkless of 18.this is too poor.it cant be defended or argued in court. The 1999 constitution which made this 25% spread is very very clear and plain.there is nothing to argue or waste time.dont be hysterical.any judge or lawyer that tries to frustrate the case may be sanctioned by the nba or njc. |

lnec is the one that is confused here. In my own opinion, that section of the constitution is irrelevant, in the sense that out of their greed, they registered more than 70 political parties for the governorship election, expecting candidates to get 25% in 18 lga. Honestly, I doubts the possibility. 1 Like 2 Shares |
