After registering and verifying my account, I still can't login oooo. I even tried with another email address but I keep getting "invalid email or password". Is anybody else facing this issue?

Hello Guys, if you're still having problems uploading your photo, please follow these steps below;

1. Snap a passport size photo with your phone, using a white background.
2. Upload the photo to a computer and use any photo editor to crop the picture. Please crop it just the way the image appears on the NNPC website. You can also crop using your phone if you can.
3. Upload the photo to this online photo editor ( https://www.imgonline.com.ua/eng/resize-image.php ), and set the width and height to 600 X 600 respectively.
4. Download the picture and upload to NNPC site.

PLEASE NOTE. If you have an excess edge on the picture, select "cropping of the excess edge using CENTRAL" after setting the width and height to 600.

Scroll down to the bottom of the recruitment page, click the FAQ section, scroll down to the last entry and expand it, you'll see the phone number and email you can use to contact them

I spent the whole of today and a good part of yesterday Trying to get the right passport to upload, it's the most unnecessary stress any programmer has ever put me through, I can't count the number of passports I edited, on the internet, my phone & on PC.
The dimensions were right, background color, positioning and everything. Yet it wasn't uploading.
I was finally able to get a copy uploaded. My battery is at 28% from 100% with intermittent charging.

Well i have checked the code the guys used to develop the application and there is a bug on it.
I have also sent them an email with the correction.

I also have the problem of uploading documents, I have gone through the code and realized that the programmer did not put the code to remove the modal.

Also there is an error with the PHP part of the website that kept the session, it seems there is an error on the session name or session duration.


But all in all the application is a 5/10.

Try changing your password to contain just alphabets, preferably all capital. Ensure you use only CAPITAL letter. I had similar issues until I opened a new account and used a different password, but this time, all capital letters.

We need more people like you as youths of this country.

Instead of being a part of the problem such as badmouthing their developers, you chose to be a solution by making recommendations.

don't worry it will work jus leave ur photo size as 600x600 is d site maybe traffic. I experienced d same tin but later worked. as matter of fact I used a phone to register

Even if your passport upload was successful and it wasnt 600×600, it is advised you return to delete it, resize it to 600×600 cos they are very specific about this and re-upload it before proceeding to submit application finally.

They stated that 600×600 is the minimum accepted pixel

On Chrome,
* Open "Developer tools" (use the shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+I)
* Right-click on your reload button.
* Select "Empty cache and Hard Reload"
* Once it starts loading the page, disrupt it by pressing ESC on your keyboard.
* Then select another section.

NOTE: This only allows you to navigate other sections, if you try to reupload, the same thing might recur. Best is to wait till they resolve the error/bug(s) or someone else finds a better way.

Why not apply with your 2:2 and add awaiting MSC . Just upload any file on the masters column and pray. Even if u are not successful, the experience is worth it.

Sometimes, my passport appears uploaded in the passport column but as soon as I go to the summary page to view all I've done, it shows I have to upload my passport and once I go back it's empty.

the passport upload is a very crazy task on its own. since 6am and it went through just about two hours ago. let me share the method i used

If U having a problem uploading ur documents, just keep refreshing the page...jus got mine uploaded now.

How did you do it bro?
Haven't been able to upload mine

I had to take new shots with my phone's camera in good lighting, then edited several copies to the basic requirements of 600 by 600 pixel & less than 200kb using an Android app called Image Resizer, even changed the file extension from .jpg to .jpeg
Even then, I was only able to get one to upload on a third trial of the new copies.
Honestly, I think I just got lucky.

This NNPC career portal is scrap. It was poorly built. I give the developers that did this 1/10. There is serious incompetence in that organisation. The job application appears as if one is climbing a mountain. Nonesense!
