To defer is simple. Did you apply for admission yourself?

You need to call the university telephone and also email the university to follow up.

Yes, one way is allowed but if you are still in doubt, pay for one way and reserve for return ticket.
Those guys at the immigration will always love to extort money, so to avoid any question, just book one and reserve a return ticket which you don't have to pay for. When they ask you, you just show them

I think that Cyprus is very good country for studies. Within European part of Cyprus there are very good Universities and as it is under EU, you can also try to receive some scholarships to cover some of your expenses. But for this you need to apply on time as there are many students requesting it

Have u checked Turkish airline.. Round trip to Cyprus is like 1000 dollars..that's 360k..not direct flight dou.
