People are not paying tax, they are selling goods on the street without paying rent, they are paying the employees by cash without paying pay as you earn tax. at the end they expect their government to have money. I agree with you, Zuma is a liar. but they punished him. they removed him from office before time. they made him pay the money he used to renovate his house.
