maxzzo1:What people don't realise when they talk about the 2015 elections in Rivers is that, the prevailing mood favoured PDP and it hasn't changed. The people then believed Amaechi pitted tent with the enemies to fight their own(Goodluck Jonathan), hence the humiliation suffered by him. Although, the state was militarised, but the election wasn't rigged. What's at play currently in the state portends danger. They are bent at winning the contest at all cost. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

santos247: The truth is that Wike does not have any opposition but Amaechi wants to use federal might to unseat Wike. AAC in a normal election cannot even win a ward in Riverstate talk more of an LGA. The military presence in Riverstate was something else. It was like a war zone. Voters watched helplessly in many polling units as ballot boxes were whisked away by men on uniforms which the military has denied are not their men. In areas they tried to resist them, violence broke out. INEC official were held hostage in some LGA. It's a monumental electoral fraud that Amaechi is trying to achieve. But he will not succeed. |

Rivers is PDP and PDP is Rivers Rivers Polls: Amaechi loses Constituency to PDP Contrary to falsehood published by two leading Pro-APC online newspapers, Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and the Candidates he fronted lost the Governorship, House of Representatives and State House of Assembly elections in his home Local Government Area, Ikwerre. The PDP Candidates fielded during the elections won with overwhelming majority, an indication of the unpopularity of the Minister amongst his constituents. I wonder why some people cannot see the decay in this nation. There is no truth again and people are singing the praises of evil men. Black colour has suddenly become white colour. About the election, it was a show of shame. 142 billion naira was given to INEC to organise a free and fair election but it was a waste of money and no one is talking about it. The electoral body is now like a TV set while the FG is holding its remote. Inconclusive election is now the order of the day. Once the result does not favour the ruling party, it is inconclusive. So many irregularities marred the conduct of the elections and people are still happy with these. We saw how millions of ballot papers were thumb printed before the elections. Soldiers and policemen that were meant to ensure peace for free and fair election were the ones that snatched ballot boxes and intimidated voters from voting. They killed innocent souls and some people are still happy with this evil. 142 billion naira was wasted to conduct a conducted election. If 5 million naira was given to each citizen in this country from that money, it will go a long way in curbing poverty and unemployment. Nothing is working well in Nigeria for now. But I believe God for His divine intervention. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

I thought the idiot who compiled this had sense I never knew he has pap in his skull, how do you for once expect the AAC candidate who never campaigned to win an election talk more of defeating a sitting governor. Does it mean will now have two different set of INECs in Nigeria (military and civilian)? |
