Watch 2.13, 2.08, 3.01 in the clip and you would note it was just his first touch and control that left out two opponents on the go. And i don't see him making many poor decision considering he was often deployed as an inverted wing midfielder hence the need to drift inside and combine with the players in the middle or go down the wing as a wide midfielder which he did many times. Many times, I didn't even see his teammates providing option for him like in 0.56, 3.43.

I want you to see 3.57 keenly, the moment he looked up and wanted to pass to the player beside him, he noticed the opposition players crowding the right side hence he had to change his route and pass to the left side. That's the intelligence I was talking about.

None of his dribbling had anything to do with outmuscling like you keep saying. You obviously didn't watch the video clip. Why don't you show me where he dribbled by outmuscling the opponent? The only time I saw him apply a bit of strength was when he was winning the ball. He's a small player sef. Abeg, go watch the clip and tell me the particular point his dribbling was based on his strength.

The only area I would thumb him down would have to do with his tendency to hold on too long on the ball at times but I think it has to do with the fact that he was often deployed on the wing and as such, he felt he should operate as a true winger. If he was in the midfield, I would judge him better. In one of his interviews, he said the midfield is his best role but now that he's been deployed on the wing, people should be ready to see more flashes/silkiness from him. Btw, he already gave up such idea and was combining with his team mates towards the end of that season. That's what we call learning.

Anyway, I have watched Gomes' clip and I wasn't as impressed with his tekkers as Kehinde. No doubt Gomes' is also technical.
